1-1 HT.
Disappointing penalty to concede right at the end of the half.
Hopefully we come back right and fast in the start of second half to peg their momentum back.

That'll do. 2 away goals to bring back to the BMO on Sunday. Should be enough to see us through to the conference finals. Hope Vasquez and Moor's injuries aren't serious.

one of the few mls staudiums I have yet to visit. maybe next season

vancouver to get a result in seattle would be massive, if not just let Diego smash one into the upper Ninety.

Aye. Furthest I have been following my local is to Estadio Ricardo Saprissa Ayma.

Do you know Zach Meisenheimer? Have not seen him in years.

Speaking of the MLS though, I have very fond memories in Denver and Chicago. I met many who still to this day I allow to crash at my pad when visiting. At the "Globe Pub" in Chicago and the "British Bulldog" in Denver I have spent many of weekends. For our first every trip to Denver we arrived to tailgate/keg/pig-roast party and they had shot glasses made with the date and their logo and ours printed on them. Traveled to B.C. and enjoy the friendship with many from the Southsiders. Horrible long story that I experienced in Sandy, will never set foot into that ground again.

Bunch of the locals support SAFC, serves them right.

Nice to see another Timbers fan in here  :wave

Hoping we get the business done on Sunday night (Monday morning over here) - Think it might be a hell of a task without a lot of key players, but I reckon we can do it and then hopefully go on to win the thing again.

Yes I do know Zach, great lad, will see him tonight down in Seattle!

Furthest we went was to Monterrey for the Champions League Semi Final against Tigres in Mexico! It was only me and my mate in the away section that night, was sketchy as fuck haha
I love going the British Bulldog in Denver, one of my favourite away pubs!

I've only been to RSL once, and mainly just to say I've been! Can't imagine I'll be going back unless we get them in a playoff game!

Got 3.5 more hours of work before hitting the road for Seattle, I don't hold a great deal of hope tonight but if we could get that away goal it'll make things very interesting.

I'd settle for 0-0 at half time!

Watching this on the laptop with nfl on the tv. Love David Villa, just wish he could have played for us. Still think there's something in this game for NYC. Villa is a level above everyone else and if they can keep it in and around the box they have a chance.

We needed another quality striker after we signed Torres. Think if we'd have been able to get him in 2008 or so our fortunes might have been a bit different.

What I love about him is that you watch him in MLS and he still wants to win as much as he ever did. No last pay day for him. Amazing player.

Columbus through to the conference semi, either them or Toronto will host the final considering both teams had a better record in the normal season than anyone left in the west

Sacramento, Nashville, Cincy, Detroit Named MLS Expansion Finalists

Sacramento, Nashville, Cincinnati and Detroit are the four finalists for the next round of MLS expansion.

The four cities will make presentations on Dec. 6th with a Board of Governors meeting on Dec. 14th for the two available slots.

Atlanta and Minnesota were added to the MLS this season to put the total number of franchises at 22. Los Angeles FC will be added next season with Miami still possibly getting a franchise.

The Columbus Crew may also relocate to Austin in 2019.

--------------------------

Sactown will be nice, they always have loyal and passionate fans.

If it goes off fanbase, Sacramento and Cinci should win hands down, but I think Detroit have the money behind them so I'd expect them to be one of them. Personally hope that Detroit is one of them as I have a good friend lives just over the border in Windser, On so Detroit away will be cheap as chips for me!!!

That Miami team seem like it’s been in the works for about 3 years now, what’s happening?

Miami (or Dade County) got badly burned on the Florida Marlins stadium deal.  Securing the necessary public support for a stadium has been difficult.  The difficulty is compounded by Beck's determination to be in Miami, which is a glamorous city no doubt, but probably not the best possible place to put a new MLS club.
