I want it on a T Shirt. No explanation. Just the graph. Actually make it one of each of the APLT and the rolling 38 points graph. [emoji16]

Something like this?

This is the rolling 38 game form for each of the 'Big 6' over the last 10 seasons, along with dots on the bottom to denote when they changed managers.  This uses a 3 game average of 38 point form to smooth out the lines.

The graph isn't the easiest to read with so much data on it, so I also have them for each individual team if people are particularly interested.  You can also click on the graph to open it as a bigger size externally.
What a great graph! To anybody of any reasonable intelligence and honesty this shows concisely what a great job Jurgen Klopp has done.

Three games in and we have a 5 point lead on the team most people think will be our closest competitor.

So at lockdown, our rolling 38 total was bounce that of Manchester Untied’s?

What a difference a decade makes.

Lost the opportunity to gain on it though- those opportunities don't come round very often.

Playing a 10-man Everton for 80mins with their sub keeper would have also done wonders for goal difference.....

Another reminder that despite a couple of really sh*tty games back to back (for very different reasons), we are still in a good place compared to all of our big rivals.  This is going to be a very strange season...

Doesn't look too bad that.

Would take if offered now being on -1 in 3 games time - however the results come.

And as the full time whistle blew, my thoughts turned to this thread. Which obviously isn't completed yet, but...

United drop.
City drop.
Chelsea level.
Liverpool level.

Is that about right? Not a bad weekend really. If only for that disallowed goal at Goodison!

Win against West Ham and draw against City does this.
Or draw against West Ham and win against City.

Based on where City are in the league either one of those would be lovely (as we'd avoid losing points to them, or gain on them in the real table and on this
Think that's right. That'd be decent going into the international break.

Or you know, I'd be happy if we won both :)

Was surprised to see spurs there

Didn't realise Burnley was a par 1 this year

Not sure I've seen a consistent wavey line like spurs either!

The strange season continues.

Worthy of note is that Man City have now dropped below 80 points for their rolling 38 game total and that is the first time that has happened since Game week 7 of the 2017/ 18 season.

I think it's interesting that Spurs and Man Utd are yet to win at home from three games each.

Chelsea and Leicester with only one home win each from their three home games.

I'm taking a level line even more than I was. Get into the international break hopefully with that and then see who we can get back for the Christmas period where the fixtures still come as quickly but should be easier.

Thankfully the majority of the harder par 1 fixtures are all in the second half of the season after we get through City.

This chart isn't related to the APLT.  It's a visual to show all the points available for each team and where they have been won and lost.  We've dropped 5 points against villa and Everton away from home, so the red bar shows the maximum points we can now reach away from home (52).  The blue lines indicate the average points home and away for a team finishing on 90 points just as an indicator of how many a team can afford to drop (check out Spurs and Man Utd at home).

Did you see it last season? Not a speck of red till the Utd game and then no more for absolutely ages, while every other clubs' boxes were filling up. Was a beautiful sight.

Looking forward to seeing Man United's line to be honest.

Arsenal go first and City go level with us I think. Still early days though.

I'll be happy if we can get a point at City. But if Matip is available, no reason why we can't sneak a win there either really.
