Ive used V12 for the last three years and its been pretty slick, its all online and all connected into the club so Season Ticket shows renewed straight away when I log in now. Plus now I have used it a few times its just a case of pressing confirm on the V12 application portal as they have all my details.

I'm in the Kop and first payment was about 100 (inc the admin fee) and then 9 equal payments to end in February time. First payment normally goes in June.

Overall credit charge was about £50.00

Does anyone else? It's my usual bank card!

Yeah, me and my mate where getting it. On the final payment screen, don’t select your card and just re-enter your card details and it should be accepted.

All via the saved card option? If so, don’t use it (the club have been aware of the issue for months but as per usual, they haven’t addressed it), just type all the details in manually and it will work. I found this out the hard way during the last bulk sales when I used the saved card option, got the Cybersource message and it then emptied my basket, ever since then I’ve manually typed in the same card details and it’s always worked.

I had the same problem as plenty of others above - sorted now and cheers for the tip .

They're obviously aware of it by now , but no mention on the website.

How does the club continue to embarrass themselves though their own ineptitude ? Really poor !

I have called my bank and the lady advised me to use my card to today paying by using the card pin number (not contactless) and try again.

I have paid for 2 season tickets using my card. However, there is no confirmation email from the club the ST now renewed. Anyone else had this.....

Should get usual booking confirmation email. To see if it went through you could go into account and click to renew ST and then it should now say ‘Error - No season tickets to renew’.

Yes I have had this or something similar having no option to proceed. I have email club for some clarity. I'm sure its gone through but just want the payment email. Thank you

Anfield Road Upper season tickets still cannot be renewed       LFC Help inform me they have not sorted where we are sitting yet and the deadline is extended for us    Surely the club would send emails or announce on site if this is the situation  Typical LFC   But the new corporates will be sorted

I'm wondering if they have paid out yet on any of the Ticket Exchange sales for Villa? why not make it 31st May once all payments are made and the season actually finishes 🤷‍♂️...

Having a disaster renewing my ST online. Constant error messages. Have been on the live chat twice to take their advice about the billing address being exactly correct and inputting card details, etc. No good. Then the bank blocked my card because they thought it was a fraud attempt with all my tries to get the payment thru. Now I’ve unblocked and continue to get error messages. Back on the live chat and told someone will call me, to (hopefully) pay over the phone. Absolute dog’s breakfast of a system.

I have paid again for the season tickets I had paid on Friday. I now have LFC confirmation email so I just need the 'still pending payment' from Friday to go back on my card otherwise I'll be chasing that up with the club. Nothing is straight forward....

Had a nightmare renewing mine just now. It just wouldn't accept my credit card (even though there is nothing wrong with it) but luckily it took my debit card OK.  It annoyed me though as I get points on my debit card

It is showing in my account ok (snd the ACS) but I haven't had an email confirmation. Do they come later?

Hope other people's are working OK.

Son also had nightmare with this.  No card would work on his account, either his own or ones that had worked on other family members' seasies.  He had to contact them over chat, and then - after suggesting he try all those things he had already tried to no effect (using the new card option, trying with a different card, contacting card issuer, using chrome as browser, etc) - someone from TO rang him and took payment over the phone.  If you're renewing, suggest not leaving it till last minute to do so.  Credit card issuer told him that the real problem is that the club's system isn't forwarding on one-time passcodes.

This happened to me last Friday. No confirmation email so I was little concerned (payment pending) No option to complete transaction again until yesterday morning so I went through it all again but this time (with relief) I received LFC confirmation email so now I have £1444 x 2 still pending. The one from Friday should return to my card at some point. Until LFC email is delivered I would take no chances. I would email club as a back up.

Yep, 7 times in a row yesterday. Its my saved card too.

I tried adding the card as a new one but it still failed.
In the end I had to use my debit card (which annoyed me as I missed out on lots of points)

Contact the ticket office via web chat and plead your case, but the renewal period has been open since 30th March so don’t think  you will get much sympathy.
