So this is from a browser that I opened, joined the queue and then closed:
Your queue number is no longer valid
Queue numbers are valid for 10 minutes. Unfortunately, your queue number has now expired. Click the button below to get a new place in the queue.
More details
You entered the line at 22/09/2021 08:24:46. It was your turn at 22/09/2021 08:27:22, and your line number was valid until 22/09/2021 08:37:22. Click the button below to get a new place at the end of the line.
So it kept my not open browser at the front for 10 mins, times that by how many thousand there were in the queue.
Am I reading that wrong, you joined the queue at 8.24 and it was your turn at 8.27?
It's definitely an issue that needs addressed. There can't be anyone that has 1 single browser open. I had 9 this morning. 7 had more than an hour. So even though I closed these, it still keeps them in the queue. How do they think this is acceptable?
I get that people can accidently close a window, but couldn't they implement something that removes that session from the queue if the browser is closed for more than 5 minutes? Is that possible? If you close one accidently, then you will open again it straight away anyway.
