Not sure.  Know people would use it but no way of getting it to them.  Does a screenshot of the barcode work to access the stadium?

Screenshot does work, but obviously risky.

A few tickets still available in the Kop now.

Easiest I’ve seen in a long time to pick up derby tickets. Has to be due to the expense of having to travel from outside the city on top of the amount of big upcoming games

Nah there’s not as many on 4+ most of the games this year been easy for people with the credits. Some even dropped to 3+

I guess not. The only games I’ve been able to pick and choose seats have been the cat A games, ironic.

Saying I have to delete pass from another phone
I can only think it was on an old phone that nephew got rid of

Had same issue for United on Tuesday as I bought ticket on the day but NFC didn’t refresh to show the game so I thought to try deleting NFC pass and adding to wallet again, only to be met by this error.

Went ticket office before the game and they downloaded the pass again onto my phone.

Yeah. it needs the ticket office to reset it

I'd that issue on android recently it was always there for iphone but they only introduced it for Android recently, so I didn't bother deleting my old pass and ran into it. When I did root out the old phone and remove it I could download the pass on my new phone within about 10 seconds so worked nicely.

I tried to get in using a QR code yesterday and it didn’t work for me?
 
My lad got a ticket to yesterday’s derby in the November bulk ballots but was unable to go so distributed it to me.

Of course I did get in as it was successfully distributed to me. However, as an experiment, I took a screenshot of his QR code off his phone, and it was the screenshot which didn’t allow access?

I would imagine that because the ticket was distributed to you then the barcode changed. this prevents both of you trying to get in on the same barcode. If you had used your own qr code screenshot it would probably have worked

I might be wrong but I am pretty sure that they will be dynamic QR codes that change every few minutes. Don't think a screenshot will ever work unless it is just as you are entering the turnstile

I'd like to change my full membership to a light membership next season. Anyone got an idea how to do this? According to the club, it should work by taking your account off auto-renewal but wouldn't know where to find this option.. thanks in advance!

Log in to your account. Go to memberships. Tick the box and it will enable the auto renew button. Click the button and it takes you to another page where you can untick the auto renew box.
Then I'll think it's all fine cause the auto renew box was unticked already. Really strange because what confused me was an e-mail of the club a couple of weeks ago stating that my full membership was set to renew automatically... didn't change it myself so the that auto renew box might be unticked by default.. anyways thanks a lot!!

Had to sell my united ticket in the ticket exchange as I couldn't go, still waiting on the refund. The club have said it's been processed, is it normal to be waiting this long? Worried I haven't put bank details in correctly.

If I want to pass a Spurs ticket to my friend that I stupidly didn’t see the part about not being able to  distribute in this late sale. Is there anyway around it like giving him the QR out of my iPhone member pass?
