Sounds like it, i'd try just scanning in your turnstile anyway but sounds like a TO job unfortunately.

People have said that as long as you def have a tkt it should work ok so might be worth a go if the Qs are short

Yep, my wallet didn't update at all, so just used the barcode and it worked no problems, glad I didn't have to go the TO. Thanks all

Anyone else had an email asking to change email addresses when multiple cards go the the same email. They want all accounts to have a unique email.

yeah i had one of these, not really clear once you go through it and pretty tricky if you have your kids cards registered to your email... their recommendation is to set up an email address for them.

register over the summer for a light membership. its like 27 quid for the year and allows access to the ballots

When the exchange first started they used to return them back once they had a couple and then do bulk drops and so less frequent and harder to grab. More options to return tickets now too. Agreed, us members on 13+ were stuck with a ticket going to waste time if you couldn’t go or pass your card on!

Ticket for today bought in late sale, forgot passport and can't get on the flight. It won't let us distribute it because its late sale. Is there anyway round this or return to the club otherwise there going to be an empty seat?

I have a ticket but it’s not letting me download pass
Saying I have to delete pass from another phone
I can only think it was on an old phone that nephew got rid of

I know this doesnt help you but my mate got late sale tics on 4 + sale for United and Everton and it gives option to distribute even though it says in notice you cant.
