I'll tell you one thing for sure... I wouldn't trust no words written down on no piece of paper, especially from no Dickenson out in the town of Machine.

Balmy night in Sydney so banging out a retro Cinzano Bianco, ginger ale, cucumber and lime. 70's playlist on in the background.

Time to get acquainted with the bottle of 15 year old Glenfiddich that has been lurking in the back of the cupboard since last Christmas . . .

Happy New Year!

A decent measure of Powers Gold Label and some small batch ginger ale. Tonnes of ice.

If only we could get some red lemonade in Oz.

Juice which I made using my juicing machine.

Here's what I used, 6 pears, 4 apples, 10 carrots, 2 stalks of celery, 1/2 a cucumber, 2 big oranges and 1 lemon.

It is nothing what so ever like anything you would buy in a bottle or carton.

It is absolutely delicious.

Be careful with that. Lots of sugar and virtually no fibre.

Put the kettle on then poured a cup of boiling water.  Waited 5 minutes for it to cool down a bit then stirred in 1 teaspoon of cider vinegar and a teaspoon of honey.

That is what I'm drinking as I type this out and it is lush.

Is cider vinegar a new "superfood"?  I keep seeing it appear on pop-ups and in online adverts.

What I typed out above, I drink one of those 7 days per week after a lot of research on diet/health/fitness foods to eat/foods to avoid and all the rest of it.

I initially thought that you drank a bottle of cider vinegar a day then, before I scrolled up ;D

Water at the moment. Apart from some matcha green tea in the morning (and that's only until I finish off what I have left, which will be about a week), I'm going without caffeine for a while to see if it has any positive effects.
