So it started on 17 in 2016, then 15 last year, and now 16 again.

Hopefully it drops  :-\

I was refreshing and at 8.15 it showed up for me. As usual half of the central block had already gone though!

Didn't realise this had sold out. Was that on 14?

I'll look out for returns then for our one on 13.

If you're the purchaser you'll be fine.

If not, it might depend who you get. I usually collect my ticket(s) from the Ticket office for the aways. West Ham away the first season at the Olympic Stadium, I'd collected them, but one of the people who had one of mine couldn't find it on the day of the game. I called the club up and they said they wouldn't normally do it having been collected, but would do on this occasion, and he was able to collect a reprint at the ground. Maybe they will do it if there isn't a history of 'lost/non-arrival' tickets?

The STH should be able to call our TO and give the details of the person collecting it.

Ok. I logged in as me and bought it on mate A's ST for mate B. Can I ring up (if necessary) and give the details and then collect it? Or give the name of Mate B to collect it? Might have to get B to pretend he's A as they're both male and they'll be suspicious if I ring.  ;D

But hopefully they were just late posting them and I arrives b4 Friday!

You should phone as you were the purchaser, and you should collect at the Hawthorns.

That's by far the safest way. Anything that adds any layer of possible confusion to the situation, opens it up to potentially go wrong.

No. Just never thought to check the PH til now!  :but
I'll check my card statement tonight but he's not that bothered as he's hot Rome to pay for! Annoying dropping a credit though after gaining one with Spurs back up to a full allocation this year  >:(
