Liverpool FC can confirm that 25,578 qualifying supporters have registered for the Champions League final ticket ballot on Monday.

The club's ticket allocation is set by UEFA and the governing body has confirmed that Liverpool will receive 16,626 tickets for the game, which will be played at the NSC Olimpiyskiy Stadium in Kiev on Saturday May 26.

Those supporters who have qualified and registered for the ticket ballot have approximately a 1 in 3.7 chance of being successful to purchase a ticket on Monday.

Now that the registration period has ended, the Electoral Reform Services will undertake the ballot process and the club will notify supporters of the outcome via email on Friday May 11.

To ensure the safety and security of fans, the club urges supporters who do not have a ticket not to travel to the Ukraine capital.

1 in 3.7 suggests only 3800ish have seven credits. Which suggests 1200ish of the Roma allocation of 5000 didn't go to general season ticket holders (except if those season ticket holders took an away ticket without having the home credits).

I've got the same. It's because the ballot registration appears to have a nominal fee of £0.01, but it's discounted by 1p to make it free to enter the ballot. I think the initial 1p fee is just to ensure the card is valid.

It's just the way they did the ballot and it knocked the 'match ticket' (ballot entry) down from £0.01 to £0.00.. that's the offer
