Stansted's fine if you're travelling from the South.  But from the north you've often got add-ons of expensive train in order to get to the airport with enough time,  and/or overnight accommodation.  Jacks up the price considerably.
London ones usually stay cheaper. Manc and Liverpool go straight up
Yeah I know, was just backing up your point that skyscanner is well behind, prices were actually like 120 each

Couldn't see anything cheap going out.  But for return leg you could get train from Porto to Lisbon and then fly on Friday TAP Portugal from Lisbon 14.35 to Manchester 17.30  £76.  There's a Thursday flight from Lisbon 07.35 to Manchester 10.00 for £63, but would be tricky getting to Lisbon in time for that.

If you're prepared to fly out on Monday 12th, TAP portugal fly manchester 18.15 arrive 23.25 Porto, with a 1 hr 35 min layover in Lisbon.  £52.54.   Can't see anything cheap going out Tues and coming back Thurs.

Luck favours the brave, but not the stupid.

I reckon so, those are the same 4 that I've got on my own card over the last 2 Euro seasons as well.

Perhaps got a guaranteed sale on 4, but 4 should be enough for a ticket (hopefully).

For those late to the party Sport Options are doing a 1 night B&B stay starting at £330. Given the price of flights at present, not cheap but not horrendous

Expecting it to go 3/2/1 from group stage. Not guaranteed with Sevilla but think near enough imo.

Lisbon to Porto on Ryanair is only a tenner each way. Won’t get cheaper than that

Porto's Stadium is nearly 8k bigger than Sevilla, so would be surprised if the allocation is less than Sevilla

Yeah but the allocation Chelsea and Leicester got was 2500-ish and we got 2450 + 250 for Seville.

When are we likely to get selling details? Only got Seville from this year so don't know whether to book yet.

Be very unlucky to miss out with only Sevilla. Their capacity is 50431 according to the stadium guide.

So the 5% minimum is 2520, so even if the 250 comes out of that,  which I don't think it does, that's still 2270.

Sorted. Manc to Lisbon to Porto on 13th return 15th Porto to Brussels to Manc. Not cheap at £280 with Opodo but the plastic will have to take a bit more pain.

Ryanair Porto to Milan MPX at 10.05 is £24. Gets in at 13.35. Flybe MPX to Manc at 15.25 is £60.

Bit of a risky one as it's different airlines so you're not protected on the day if the Ryanair flights late. But it's a route nonetheless.

Trains Gatwick / Heathrow / stansted to Liverpool currently cheapish too so flying into London an option.

I'm waiting to see how prices fluctuate / what comes up over next couple of weeks.

dont think your protected with ryanair if first flight is delayed as they class it as two separate bookings. they are trialling connecting flight bookings but only travelling through Fiumicino airport

I live in Porto. Ryan's is just your run of the mill Irish pub. Decent but forgettable.
Several nice bars in the centre around the Galerias de Paris area.

Aliados is the main square of the city.
Don't forget to pop over to the city on the other side of the river (Vila Nova de Gaia) for some port wine.

The match is just under 2 months away. I'd expect an announcement by mid January at the earliest.

Yeah I guess, just an idea would be nice so I know whether to book travel. Surely they have an allocation and have a rough idea of credits? Man Utd have announced their selling details.
