Looks epic. Literally had goosebumps when I clicked on the video. As it's been already said, Hans Zimmer, Radiohead and David Attenborough are a perfect dream made combination and when you add the beautiful cinematography to the mix the result will be breathtaking.
The biggest problem anywhere in the world is that people's perceptions of reality are filtered through the screening mesh of what they want, and do not want, to be true.

Yeah, amazing stuff really. Wildlife cameramen and women are incredible really, on land it’s tough enough but something about the unknown of being in the water with all those amazing creatures that’s really brave! Imagine getting too close to those walruses for example!

First episode was absolutely stunning. Was gutted we didn't get anything sea related in Planet Earth II - obviously didn't make any sense with this round the corner.

Love the fact these BBC documentaries are so universally well received across all demographics. Doubled X-Factors ratings on Sunday!

And of course I expect Blue Planet II to join its older brother here:

Its grim isn't it?

Eventually we'll wipe all life off the face of the planet apart from ourselves, and then realise that we cant survive without a proper eco-system and that'll be that. Blade Runner.

Haven't seen the latest episode yet, but saw this rather depressing image on twitter.  Apparently taken from deep in the Mariana Trench:

It was followed by lots of comments about why the tin wouldn't be crushed followed by this which did make me chuckle:
