Booked Easyjet from Edinburgh to Alicante, out Wednesday and return Saturday night if anyone else wants to tag along.

No idea where I'm staying Wed, Thur and Friday yet though.

Problem is that I'm back out to Benidorm on the day of the 2nd leg for a stag do, would be easier to stay in Benidorm Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday & wait for the lads to arrive on Thursday. Another gang of my mates arrive on the Sunday for a golf week so I could tag on with them but Mrs ACLE doesn't agree,  ::).

Any suggestions to convince her it's a fuckin brilliant idea?

Just been looking at trains from Valencia to Vila-real and back but doesn't look to be many?

Not even any after the game unless I'm looking at the wrong thing?

I used the "renfe" Spanish trains website.

Any one help?

We will easily get a ticket for this.

As I said on previous page.Wouldn't be so sure. 1158 for Augsburg when most speculated 1500 based on Previous games at Augsburg in this year's Europa League

So nothing to say that we get the full 1250 that a 25000 capacity suggests.

If its less than 1158 then 8 won't be

they'll just use this seasons i'd have thought 3 group games and all 3 knockout stages and take it from there considering the likes of Augsburg Sion and Kazan had low numbers if you have those 3 and the others from this season youre sorted then drop it to 5 from this season etc no need with this being the 7 of the season to drop to years before

Agree. We have been to Bordeaux, Sion, Augsburg, United, Dortmund this year but won't get one for this as Sion/Augsburg on a friend's as we didn't have enough. So this will be on his if we go. Not so bad, still an option but....

Supporters should note the following information regarding tickets for the Europa League match at Villarreal on Thursday April 28.

Following the announcement with regards to the recently introduced ticket collections trial for Europa League away fixtures, Liverpool FC would like to advise that for the semi-final tie away at Villarreal they may follow a similar process to the one that took place in Augsburg in February.

A final decision will be made once we know the number of tickets we will be allocated.

We expect to be able to confirm this and provide further details once we have had an opportunity to speak to the opposition club and the local authorities.

Station is called Castello de la Plana.

I bought my train ticket on Renfe from Valencia to Vila-Real train station......thought I read that was the nearest station to ground........6 euros

Nothing going back to Valencia till gone 7am in morning from what I can see from there.....nor bus.....might have to be a taxi if desperate...I'd rather get back to Valencia centre and have a late bevvy there after match.....unless there are larger train stations on the Valencia to Vila-Real route that may see a later run train stop at.....to avoid the taxi all the way back.....the two nearest train stations either side of Vila-Real on the line are a no-go for starters

according to 24/7 I will be scrambling round for tickets on the exchange all season #STH #19awayclub

Decided to make a little holiday of it. I've booked a package with On The Beach. £200 flying out Manchester to Alicante Wednesday morning. 4 nights 4* hotel in Benidorm. Flying back Sunday. Trains to Villarreal Thursday returning Friday £40. Hotel in Villarreal £16 a man. But... The flights we're on though on the beach are with Monarch were about £600 on the Monarch website when I booked. All we've had from On The Beach is a confirmation of order rather than a final confirmation.

We're going to get custard pied here aren't we?

Re availability of tickets. Anyone think the two euro aways in a month factor is going to make it a little easier.

We did get custard pied. Just had to book a different trip. Out via Newcastle Wednesday back to Liverpool Sunday night. Worked out cheaper but a bit more farting about.

Luton to Barcelona Tuesday evening, night and Wednesday in Barcelona.
Wednesday night in Salou - Shankly's bar!
Thursday Grao de Casteon and Villareal
Barcelona to Luton Friday.

Will most probably be ticket collection out there I'd say! Won't bother travelling into Valencia and then have to come back to Villareal. I'm sure we'll find plenty of bars in Grao de Casteon and Villareal  before the match!  ;)

As usual there was absolutely no fuckin about on my part. Booked within 10 or 20 seconds of Villarreal being drawn first. Gatwick-Valencia Monday to Friday. 2 nights in Valencia, 1 night in Morella and then 1 night in Castellon on match night, hotel is 8km from El Madrigal.

Not keen on Benidorm. Bit of a British Colony. Should be a good trip.

Just been looking at trains from Valencia to Vila-real and back but doesn't look to be many?

Not even any after the game unless I'm looking at the wrong thing?

I used the "renfe" Spanish trains website.

Any one help?

Coaches leave valencia main bus station (few minutes walk from turia metro stop) at 10.15, 12.00, 13.30  and 19.00 on matchday and take 60 - 75 minutes to get to vila-real.  There's no bus (or train for that matter) back to Valencia after the match, but coaches leave at 7.25, 9.15, 9.35, 12.10, 17.45, 21.10 day after match.  You can book tickets online (downloading tickets pdf) at http://hife.es/en-GB   The booking is all in spanish, even though it refers you to an english translation page.  But if you put the spanish label names into google translate you should be ok.  Return ticket (ida y vuelta) cost us €10.88 per person.

Think we'll be sorted with Dortmund, Utd, Augsburg, Bordeaux, Beşiktaş, Ludo, Real & basel?? Also have Udinese but cant see them going that far back.

We’ll still finish in top four - and they won’t. You can quote me on this in May.
