I thought that. Seems very poor in terms of security for a final unless they're going to cross reference with passports. Especially after the Paris and Brussels attacks.
I think it may well be stricter this year for the tickets via the neutral ballot at least. Printing at home means they have to be, otherwise it's an avenue to scam people left right and centre!
One of my mates who is a full time ticket trader/tout whatever you want to call him (does all teams, all sports, music, gigs etc) has said with the e-ticket thing he won't be working the Champions League final this year. He's worked every one since Istanbul. Also in Italy they check ID on tickets anyway so he thinks it will be difficult to transfer/sell them.
Also for Europa League final he thinks the same due to recent events in Paris and Brussels and the general security fears. On top of that, the whole e-ticket thing is guaranteed to lead to issues and people not getting in so he said he'll be staying clear of both finals (at least for any e-ticket areas) as he said he would end up having to refund a lot of people when they don't get in.
So even if a trader/tout is saying he is staying clear, I think it is probably wise to listen to his 'professional' opinion if we do make it.
