Nice one, ta - Ray helps keeps the game interesting in these late-night matches with some of his commentary :)

Cracking atmosphere - though many Peru fans already seem nervous...

1-0 to Peru on 25 mins - Farfan with the magisterial goal - https://streamable.com/3s8er

Peru looking strong attacking down the left - NZ's right-back not getting much protection and there is a lot of space there to exploit...

1-0 to Peru, half-time.

Especially when we (NZ) are playing lol, not much to offer in the first half. Hopefully with Wood on now we might hold the ball for more than 10 seconds.

You're looking decent from out wide though and with set-pieces; 2 decent chances (though one of them a 'foul')...

Hopefully Wood will unsettle the Peruvian defence.

Yup almost a carbon copy of the 1st leg. We offer little for the first half until Wood comes on. Earlier this time though so hopefully we can put a goal in.

Unlucky on NZ - were coming back into the game before that.

Reid and Boxall marking the same player on a corner isn't bad luck, just bad defending. Pretty disappointing.

Peru always have the best jersey. Glad they are in the world cup. Is Solano still playing. What a good player he was.

If anyone hasn't seen or realised it by the way, it's worth the laugh to check out how Chile actually knocked themselves out of the world cup, not Ospina: https://www.stuff.co.nz/sport/football/world-game/97886565/chile-robbed-of-world-cup-playoff-spot-against-all-whites-by-their-own-appeal
