Just watched all six, been in the states for 18 yrs now and this made me miss home, thought it was fucking great. Music was spot on, hope they do more. Found it on Youtube for those expats who can't get i player.

Great to see him leave the abomination that was Geraldine way, way behind him. That fucking mess of a character could have ruined his career for good.

Great series and well written, fair play to Peter Kay. He's back.

Watched all of them now and I loved it,

I think they'll do a 2nd series and it was almost hinting at a 'Peter Kay's House Share' show with the two characters however not sure how that'll work because it'll be missing all the radio gags, would still be worth it though just for their interaction.

To see Kayleigh come into John's 'perfect' life and messing it up has some great potential

Yes! There was another shop the other side but cant remember wat it was called - similar thing though.

Finished the whole series couple of days back. Excellent stuff. Going back to Alans post about dinosaurs and conspiracies, funnily enough I thought of our Mr X straight away!!

Love this show, so relaxing to sit and watch for half an hour, love Kayleighs innocence. Wish I was that happy going to work.
Can only find episode 3 On iplayer at the moment?
Watched a bit of the last series the night before with him really going for The Voice by John Farnhman, singing it out loud only to look across and see some bloke laughing at him, made me smile.

just watched last night's...loved it, ...was in bulk at the angry cyclist scene

....the show manages to combine laugh out loud funny with a feelgood factor...not an easy feat to pull off....will resist the urge to binge watch and instead will savour one a week in an old school stylee

Just watched the 2nd series on Iplayer brilliant.

But also made me sad, made me think of all the 8 hour round trips me and Trace used to do, to get to the Liverpool games and all the strange stuff we used to get up to pass the journey.

I remember when we saw a dead fox in the road once and we spent the next 2 hours making up stupid road kill recipes.

Only four episode in series 2. I thought I had another two left.

Thought the second episode was absolute shite and the worst of the lot. The performance of that character didn't hold up.

I'm guessing they'll be a Christmas special where they finally hook up.

They've dropped hints with him selecting her for his Xmas team.
