White Hart Lane is in North London and not that easy to get to. Limited parking is available near the ground.

DIRECTIONS & PARKING

To see a map of the ground and surrounding areas click here

By Car
Leave the M25 at Junction 25 and take the A10 towards Enfield. Continue on the A10 through Enfield and at the roundabout with the Northern Circular (A406), turn left onto the A406 (Sterling Way). Turn right into Fore Road (the A1010) which becomes the High Road and you will come to the ground on your left. Sharon Genge adds 'if you arrive around midday, you can park at the local schools which are very easy to find. For £5 you can park until 6pm which is ample time to get back to the car after an afternoon match'.

By Train

For an Interactive London Underground Map click here

The nearest tube station is Seven Sisters which is on the Victoria Line. The ground is about a twenty minute walk away, but there are plenty of buses running up Tottenham High Road to the ground. You can also get a normal train from Seven Sisters to White Hart Lane station, which is nearest to the stadium, being only a few minutes walk away. White Hart Lane Station is served by trains from Liverpool Street, where there is a handy Wetherspoons pub and cornish pasties outlet opposite. Richard Crouch adds 'The best station to get to White Hart Lane from is Northumberland Park. Come out of the station and cross the road and you are in Park Lane. It is a ten minute stroll to the ground'.

By Bus
The following bus services frequently pass the ground:
149 Ponders End Garage to Liverpool Street Station.
259 Edmonton Green to King's Cross.
279 Waltham Cross to Holloway.

Click below for a larger map:

Thoughts:
Ahhh, the old walk from "Seven Sisters". Unless you drive to nearer the ground, you will be getting out at this tube station. Which on matchday can be quite good fun!. The walk from there to the ground is not only massive, but also can be quite unerving at times. The ground is similar to anfield in the sense of layout and age. The view from the away end is pretty good [see third photo below from upper tier] and the atmosphere can be pretty tasty sometimes.

Pub guide and extras
'The Park' right by Northumberland Park station,  is a smallish pub which is about ten minutes walk along Park Lane from the away end. Also the Bricklayers Arms (no away colours) and the Antwerp are ok. "The Three Compasses" which is in Queen Street (behind Middlesex University), which is a five minute walk from White Hart Lane Station'.

Inside the ground alcohol is served in the refreshment areas. This is in the form of plastic bottles of Carlsberg at £2.50 per 500ml bottle. But please note that alcohol is not served in the away section at half time.

Away Fans:
South Stand Upper Tier: Adults £44
South Stand Lower Tier: Adults £39

Official Programme: £3
One Flew Over Seaman's Head Fanzine - Published 5 times a season £2.
Cock A Doodle Do Fanzine - £2.

My Eyes Have Seen The Glory Fanzine - 60 pages for £2

Really liked this ground as 30/12/06 was my 1st visit.  Disapointed not to of found a pub beforehand with reds in full voice. 1st pub (The Swan) was a shit hole, 2nd, (Elmhurst), ok but no singing ???

Didnt mind the trek from 7 sisters, quite alot to take in. Also didnt pay over a tenner for a round (4 of us), in the pubs we went to

Any pub along the high road is a shit hole, try ones like round the side streets bit further away from the ground, they're good enough with a good mix of reds and spurs

I was on my own last year and went in a pub called The Antwerp.  Up a side street - Church Road opposite the ground - other side of the high street.

Mixed supporters and a I had a good chat with a group of theirs.  As ever may be different if a group of loud lads in colours roll in.  I'll probably pop in there before hand again - decent pub and beer with a bit of chat.

Train from Euston to Liverpool Street station (LSS) takes less than 10 mins, then from LSS, it is 25 mins to White Hart Lane station.

Walk from WHL station to South stand takes 10-15 mins.

Follow the Spurs fans out of the station and turn right, walking along until you come to the High Street. Turn right, and walk along the High Street.

Lots of takeaway shops/stalls on route.  There is a pub called The Corner Pin by the South (Away fans) stand - don't know if it is open to Away fans?

South Stand LOWER TIER has 28 rows and, despite the slope of the roof, all of the pitch could be seen from row 28.

Catering was pathetic - ran out of food and some drinks at Half-time!

So these are meat pies.  What kind of meat exactly?

Get off at Northumberland and walk up, it will take you 15 minutes, although your out numbered hugely by home fans so if you stay quiet your sound.

and yes, they had 2 tills open at half time, was abit of a joke.
If he scores more goals than Torres this season ill change me name to Carol.

Planned Tube engineering work (according to TFL):

Sat 15 Aug 09 Sun 16 Aug 09 Victoria Line
Walthamstow Central to Brixton is closed.  This would prevent, "Itll be quicker to get on the victoria line at euston four stops to seven sisters then 5 minute train to white hart lane station", unfortunately.

Looking 6 months ahead, Victoria Line seems to be closed, in part or in full, on a lot of weekends!

pain in the arse this. One option is to take northern line to kings cross, then piccadilly line to Turnpike Lane and walk / taxi from there.

Turnpike Lane is just over 2 miles from the ground. bearing in mind seven sisters is only 1.75 and that is a twat of a walk, could be a killer after the game. Take about 1/2 an hour I think.

Looks ok - the part of the Piccadilly line closed is South Harrow to Uxbridge, which is on the other side of London to WHL.

Of course, TFL might just decide on the day to shut one or more lines/stations  :butt

If you can get to Liverpool Street there are half hourly trains - on the hour and half past, plus a good pub there as well!!! To avoid WHL station after game, walking to Bruce Grove (trains to Liverpool St) straight up High Road may be an option - yes packed trains from WHL, but less people get on at Bruce Grove. Otherwise, regular trains from Tottenham Hale - approx 20 mins walk from ground - straight up High Road, or round back streets if you know the way!

when going to highbury/emirates i usually park in cockfosters tubestation and go from there, has anyone done this for white hart lane?
