Sorry Rodgers but what the fuck are you doing? Guess what didn't work in the first half of the season? Yes fucking static strikers, so what do you do.. Play with a static striker, and when that doesn't work bring on another fucking static striker.

What a joke, to finish the season on such a whimper is an embarrasment to our club.

I am seriously starting to think he got lucky having Suarez last season, as he's not shown anything in the last 2 months that tell me he is competent as a manager at all. Fucking dire football, compounded by players out of position.

Can't wait for the "Eee we were outstanding, just didn't have that wee bit of luck" No Brendan, no - you make your own luck by actually turning up to the game, it appears he has zero ability to motivate his team - not far away to say he's lost the dressing room as they were a team not fighting for 4th, but a team already on their holiday.

Embarassing. Thought Rodgers might have wanted to solidify his position and get us playing again but looks like he's lost the plot and will accept his fate.

Do any of these players want to win.  The attitude shown by them was fuckin appalling.  Imagine souness in here he'd have no fucking around like we are doing.  That the thing that annoyed me the most.  Not one of these players would get in our better teams as they just don't have the mentality to win.

I do think that's a bit unfair, Skrtel, Coutinho and Allen put in a top shift tonight.

Last 5 games - 0 Wins, 1 Draw, 4 loses.

BR is in trouble in my honest opinion.

I think you'll find we beat Newcastle in one of our last 5 games

Trying really hard not to over react but that was shite. Time and again we tried to go through the middle where they had so many bodies. Only Johnson offered us any kind of width.

Credit to hull. They worked their socks off pressing us and we didn't have a scooby doo. They had 2 forwards who didn't give our defence a minutes rest.
Has Steven Gerrard scored a goal even more important than the one he got against Olympiakos - Is this the start of something BIG?

We lost confidence against Utd and have done little to restore it. We've shifted the narrative to a lack of strikers and will do again tonight and whilst it has merit you don't need much to beat Hull.

At least we'll do QPR.

Coutinho MOTM, although he looked like a player in search of a team for 90 minutes.

0-1.

This was a new low. I can recognize the feeling. Will need some more time before I say anymore. Thought we tried. I like what I saw from Coutinho. Again. Maybe we didn't create as much as we would have liked, but I like him seeking the ball, trying to do something almost every time he receives it. Don't understand how Johnson stayed on for the entire game. It's sad to see. He's a passenger. 1 point, 0 goals vs Hull over two games. That's our season. I know we have games remaining, but it feels like the season has already ended.

FSG......  ;)

If he's being asked to head the ball too frequently - which isn't exactly his specialty - it could affect his ear and cause an infection. Especially if the ball hits him on the ear directly.

Just wanted to say that Mignolet was once again one of our best players. I really like how he has pulled himself together after being dropped for a while. He's been superb ever since his return and I've literally lost the count of the gamesavers he's made this spring. We do need better backup than Jones, but if Mignolet can avoid drops of form in future, there is no first choice keeper problem.

Felt sorry for Coutinho tonight. Henderson tried very hard but the rest going forward was dyer. I don't want BR out but this Summer transfer window is huge for both him and FSG.

Okay, so, serious question here: considering our wage bill is fifth highest, have we underachieved if we finish 7th? Or are we "par?"

It feels like we may never score again.

Awful performance. We really miss Sakho and Lucas and I'd put Flanagan back in asap as he may have some fight.

Oh, and a striker would be nice.

Sadly, it's all turned into a bit of a shambles. No one seems to know what they're supposed to be doing... the manager looks like he's randomly picking whatever formation jumps into his head at the the required moment and the players just look a bit bored by the whole thing.

Said after Villa this team would struggle to win again this season.  Freefall similar to the Dalglish final season in the league, except we've no trophy.  Should all be ashamed of themselves, players, manager & the other bunch of shitehouse hangers-on he supposedly works alongside.
