sorted this for me last time on the phone when one was 'collect' and one was 'post' - changed both to post easily enough . Of course given our TO's track record I could only truly relax when they actually arrived !

Did 5 in S44 1st thing. 'Only' took me 47 mins in total after the details didn't save once, wouldn't give the post option 2nd time, emptied my basket and kicked me out the 3rd time, was 4th time lucky.

i was in the same boat for the scramble for Maribor and just checked out without realising mine was collect from Anfield. Phone up customer service explain it and they will help you out and send out special delivery for £5.65. They were very helpful, see Maribor thread.

Worked in fours off the phone today without timing out or losing the details.
Also "Post" didn't flip to "Collect from Anfield" for any of the tickets after doing this:
- pick tickets
- change "Fulfillment" to "Post", "Update Basket"
- change all the "Customers" to the correct ones, "Update Basket"
- change "Fulfillment" to "Post", "Update Basket", "Checkout"

I checked out there realised I'd done exactly the same and completely missed where it said about collection or delivery - it usually defaults to delivery I recall?

Rang customer services and paid the postage. Very helpful girl. She said I'd get an e-mail confirmation about this but not got that - fingers crossed it just gets delivered without issue - thankfully sounds like they will be ready to post soon if they are ready for collection so soon.

Never fully happy till it's in my hand.

David, you will get the email, normally when it is in the royal mail system. I doubt they will send them all out yet, maybe some, but im sure it will get sent and you will get the email.

By the way for anyone in Spain who fancies some foreign footy there are a few games on the weekend before, then Atletico v Roma on the Wednesday and Bilbao at home on the Thursday.

There was a drop down box above your name and you selected Post or Collect from Anfield. But you'll be able to sort ok

i just called to sort posting mine from friday they said they havent started splitting up the tickets to envelopes yet so call back weds lunch or after to sort it out

For future, press CTRL + F5 on the site. They have updated the css style sheet so that the fulfilment drop down is now visible. Your browser will be serving you a cached version.

If u purchased them on Friday you can collect from tomorrow. If you have only brought them today you won't be able to collect until Thursday 2nd November

If there is, then for some bizarre reason, they won't be confirming the details of the sale until the week before the game. Seems a bit daft to me as they'll know how many are left when today's sale ends at 3pm.

"Due to the number of qualifying supporters exceeding the number of available tickets during the above sale, we do expect tickets to sell out. However, in the event that tickets remain or are returned, a further sale will be announced here in the week commencing November 13."

It's a limited sale and they will have expected it to sell out before 3pm. It looks like it is sold out now, so it wouldn't have made any difference when it was on until.
