Landing at Ljubljana at 1950, need to get a train to Maribor from town at 2050, it will be tight.

An extra 2 hour wait on my own and I won't get into Maribor to meet you all until after 1am, I'd rather just shell out on a cab and try and make that 2050.

EDIT - As you now know, I've changed my flight to all 10 of us are on the same ones, will be carnage :hally

This worked brilliantly, Once you use this link to establish train line that does your route you should go to trainline direct and get it quite a bit cheaper than on this site

We are going to Austria and then train into Maribor much better value than the easyjet flights to ljublana

Depending on the time of you flights Flixbus passes through Vienna on way to Maribor. That's quite cheap.
We are flying home from Vienna and I think Bus was around £15 each

10 of us flying from Paris to Venise on the tuesday morning for 30e each and renting 2 cars to go Maribor, staying in a chalet 30min from stadium on foot.

1 of us is going Moscow so he should be sorted for Maribor, the rest of us in the pub if it doesnt work for us after being at Sion !

Not doing Moscow Dave, I knew before the draw that I could only do 2 or the 3 so Maribor and Seville it is!

The match is 3 weeks away, not 2. They'll make an announcement once everyone is back and proof of travel/visa have been sorted...and rightly so.

I'm really hoping this is a collection job in Maribor and you can't put in someone else's name like they allowed for Augsburg.

The credits from Spartak shouldn't really matter/effect allocation too much as they will base it on a certain amount of Euro aways in the past.

I wouldn't be so sure. For Sion, the 1st sale was only for those that attended Kazan regardless of if they had been to previous Euro aways. Only after that did it drop to those with previous Euro aways.

I think Andy is correct, the last seasons they only used the firts match if the allotaction was less than the second match. After that they start going back a few seasons, cant see them doing it any different this time around.

which explains why we only have until Saturday to get proof of travel to Moscow in - certainly suggests that will be needed for maribor first sale

If it's done fairly then it will be over many previous matches. If just Moscow then someone who may have only been to this one in a few years would get priority over someone who was unable to go to Moscow but may have done all or most of a lot of previous matches.
I know that there are Circa. 400 that have done all for many years but after that then it should go down on overall possible matches....
Whether that will happen is another matter!

from previous experience it might go like this for Maribor :

anyone with Spartak (26.09.17)

then anyone with 7, then 6 then 5

Villarreal (28.04.16)
Borussia Dortmund (07.04.16)
Manchester United (17.03.16)
FC Augsburg (18.02.16)
FC Sion (10.12.15)
Rubin Kazan (05.11.15)
Bordeaux (17.09.15)

dont think they need to go back any further !

this could be an alternative :

anyone with 8, then 7, then 6 then 5

Spartak (26.09.17)
Villarreal (28.04.16)
Borussia Dortmund (07.04.16)
Manchester United (17.03.16)
FC Augsburg (18.02.16)
FC Sion (10.12.15)
Rubin Kazan (05.11.15)
Bordeaux (17.09.15)

the other issue is how many they give someone said Aberdeen got 800 but if they give us 5% that goes down to 650 and with bigger demand that is very likely.

Sion was 550 so 6 previous will probably guaranteed and if over 100 new people who didn't have 6 got spartak there is going to be a lot of very dissapointed people.

Collection on qualifying fan cards only in their own name is the only possible saving grace and it will help tidy the credits list up.
