I know it’s been out a while but I’ve only just recently got into the Battle Royale mode, anyone else on this?

Would be good to get a squad on there and try and finish 1st [emoji2]

9th last night - when I died I watched the rest of the round and those fuckers don't half know what to do! I spent most my time running from the storm, the others knew where it was at all times, were throwing up bases out of no where. Theres no tutorial I don't think so it will probably take a while but as its a free to play you cant complain.

My kids love this, it seems like the next big craze a la minecraft. I played , basically hid in a Bush, ran to keep in the circle ,hid in another Bush and finally finished in sixth without firing a shot . Peaceful method, kids NOT impressed.

My son's been on this one. Played it the whole weekend. Looks pretty basic and I couldn't figure out what the hell was going on. He didn't do too well!

So this Battle Royale mode is gonna be shoehorned in to everything now then?, strong rumours that it's gonna be in the next Call of Duty and Red Dead Redemption, just going to be milked like every new shiny thing in the gaming business.

I've started playing Fortnite. Enjoying it so far, but I'm a crap builder. So I never win a round... Only done Solo mode so far.

Me and my son both got into this recently as all his mates are playing it. Can't knock the fact that it's a free game and you can play without having to buy extras (albeit you can buy extras that help). Best finish is 4th so far. Largely my strategy is landing as far out as possible and sneaking in just before the storm comes because I am shit at shooting people!

That's mine as well

I have won a couple 20 man and 1 squad game, come 2nd in solo a few times but no win in that yet.

I had my mates 8 yo lad stay over the weekend and he was playing it and he won a game on solo lol

I've played about 300 solo games since I downloaded it in early March

and still not won! Came second/third a bunch of times, but some twazzock always builds high and picks me off.

I hear you, not played that many games, maybe 100 but I am having the same issue, still trying to get to grips with the targeting on this, it feels so different to everything else I play but am getting there.

In Battle Royale, they use the storm to push people together on the map, so the storm is a circle that moves in and in and eventually is a very small part of the map that the remaining players have to fight it out on.

Hello lads, I have a question if anyone can help.

I’ve had a Fortnite account on PS4 for ages but never really played it.
My lad was interested so we played for a bit and now I’ve bought the battle pass for him.

He has an Xbox one at home and plays there too now.

Is there a way we can use the same account on both? I’ve ready about crossplay and merging but saw something about they need to be played before Sept but he only got the Xbox at Christmas.

If anyone knows for sure I’d be grateful please.

U should be able to do crossplatform. Make sure he an Epic friend with you to do that. I dont think you can play on the same account
