Four of Liverpool's Premier League fixtures in October and November have today been rescheduled.

The Anfield clash with Manchester City will now kick off at 4.30pm on Sunday October 7, with Sky Sports set to televise the game.

The Reds’ trip to Huddersfield Town is set for a 5.30pm start on Saturday October 20, the away fixture at Arsenal will begin at the same time on Saturday November 3, and the home game against Fulham will kick off at 12pm on Sunday November 11.

BT Sport will broadcast those three matches.

A midday kick off on Remembrance Sunday. Wow. Just when you think the TV companies can't get any worse with their scheduling.

If we count Watford as London, which I think we probably can, that's our first London Away at 3pm on a Saturday since October 2009. Amazing.

Not tv related but should Burnley win the play off for the Europa League, our game with them will be moved to the Wednesday.

I would expect it to be this afternoon but with the Everton situation... could be Monday

They generally don't do that. We played Chelsea away off 2 days rest in 2011.

Very weird as Brentford already had their confirmation for the game with Arsenal on their website Saturday

https://www.brentfordfc.com/news/2018/september/arsenal-date-confirmed/

So that would suggest the TV fixtures have been selected and sky/Carabao/EFL/Liverpool haven't announced them

Yeah seems strange. You’d imagine they’d already made their mind up about tv ties about 10 mins after the draw. Seems odd that some clubs have confirmed a date.

Harsh on Everton and Fulham fans who have already paid for travel to their league game.

Extremely. The suits and Spurs have already fucked over City fans. No need to fuck over more.

We play Saturday before and Saturday after with Everton scheduled for Sunday and Saturday. Given that, it's likely we'll be Tuesday and they'll be Wednesday.

You can't do that. Someone's going to play twice in three days and it's Everton or Chelsea, so frankly, who cares?

They'd have to play it at the same time as European games the week before and pay UEFA a fine for doing so, so they'll just make someone play twice in three days like they did to Fulham and Palace in round 2.

It is harsh, especially on the Fulham fans from London who may have got cheap trains but when do the league/tv care about the fans? They've displayed it often enough
