Given Jurgens love of heavy rock i thought of the Rainbow/Dio classic "long live rock and roll" mad catchy and simple chorus just sub "Long Live Jurgen Klopp" for "long live rock and roll "

while hearing starman on the radio for the 400th time this week i decided itd work well as a tune for a song, and klopp needs a song soon (a decent one). Best i can fit to it,

Not here to offer a song, as I can't think of one off the top of my head, but for what it's worth, I've always thought the best chants are the ones that are simple, catchy, and can be belted out at volume.

We don't need somethig thats over complicated, has fifteen verses, or is gonna win a brit award.

It just has to be simple, loud, and to the point.

Something loosely fit around that with the "Oi Oi Oi" could be a decent terrace chant upbeat like the Torres song and a bit of a bounce in it as well.

That was great - I liked the original verses too when they came out minus a few changes, but the chorus is great.

Doesn't seem to have taken off at all. George seems to play it quite a bit too.

Not to get all technical but....
The life is life song is actually really difficult to sing for those (most) at football who are pretty average/monotone at singing. The na na na na bit is at a high tone to start with and then the Jurgen Klopp bit goes even higher, which makes it a tough one. It all depends who starts it and if they (usually) go in too high from the start its doomed. It's like when YNWA starts (usually through exuberance) at a key too high and when it gets to a certain bit no one can hit the higher note and its completely out of tune.

I think i know what Im talking about but Im not sure if Im saying it right. Basically, its a great tune but I think it's too hard for blokes.
