Cancelled is their terminology for refunded. It means the purchase is no longer live on the account.

I had the Salzburg game refunded because I moved seats, it came up as 'cancelled' as well so it is correct

They wouldn't put 'refunded' on there, because as soon as it would appear, they'd be inundated with people who don't understand how the refund system works, calling up complaining that they haven't received their refund.

Every single ticket is an individual payment, so 9 x palace tickets = 9 x refunds on the bank statement

I buy for one other person, we've agreed for me to keep the money to take off whenever we are allowed to buy tickets again. I know some people could do with the money now but would you be able to do that? Means you don't have to transfer the cash back right now.

I've been doing it for years. It can be a complete pain in the dick, but I think I'd rather know I've got things sorted than leave it up to someone else who could potentially make a balls up. I knew how to get into the system within minutes a few years ago when we were in the free for all and 4+ sales so everyone was happy enough to let me do it. The lads always sort me with a pint or 2 for the hassle so I'm happy enough.

I'd only spend it  and i know i wont be lead supporter for that many people next year because they got every game this season so far from being in the 4+ club thats why i got them all back then wasnt guaranteed but should be next year...

I get people to transfer me the max amount it could cost upfront, then refund the difference after the sale (10 games x £59 or however many there is)

Think next season i will transfer it into mates account and login as him to buy it all, unless we have a prelogin then i guess its roulette
