Think Minamino, Elliot and Jones (and others) could still get a medal, even if they don't play any more games. As I understand it the rule now is you get 40 medals to give out how you see fit with the proviso that everyone who has played 5+ games must get one. Once all the 5+ gamers have got one, the rest can be given to anyone. If there are more than forty 5+ gamers then you can apply for more medals, at the PL's discretion.

Honestly, just give everyone who was at least once on the bench or in the starting 11 a medal. It's not like the league is losing money and couldn't afford to create a few extra medals. Or even the club could finance it if they're so cheap.

If somebody would of told me in May 1990 that our next title winning side would have 3 Brazilians,
2 Dutchmen,Egyptian,Senagalese,Guinean,Swiss,Belgian,Cameroonian,Spanish and managed by a German I'd of thought they were stark raving mad. And what the hell's a Croat?

Alongside all the other obvious reasons to celebrate winning this, and winning it early, one real benefit would be the opportunity for the likes if Minamino, Elliott, Jones, and possibly Williams to each get competitive league minutes before the end of the season.  Would be a big boost for them & us ahead of 2020-21.
