Or Klopp's two German leagues helped him. Or Rafa's two Spanish leagues helped him? Who knows really? Except you
No, that would be Arteta in his first managerial job. Funny how when it comes to your man, getting bounced out the CL by the first serious team he's up against will prove to be a valuable learning experience (all part of the process), but when it comes to our potential manager the experience of actually winning the league will count for little.

They spawned a lucky win against Porto in the last round too.

I would get them asap after the tournament ends this year mate

My brother got them last year. We were going to leave it because in 2022 he got a semi final ticket two weeks before (Williams vs Trump) but it seems to sell out rapidly now.

tickets were £106

Ray says the same I see

Yeah back in 2013 I would buy tickets during the tournament. You could also, in advance, get tickets for 3 days all sessions, and, say, QF, all sessions, for no more than £400 all in. It sells out now though so I doubt you'd be able to bag so many of the cheapest tickets in one go.

Potentially being the operative word.

Think of how highly rated the likes of  Sangare and (by me in particular) Ugarte was the last few years. Now see how shit they are now

These are DM's doing good stuff in minor leagues and past history says they may not be anywhere near good enough to make the step up.

I also maintain my standpoint previously that if Amorim is sticking to his style to a T and needs a DM for that, that probably means quite a few of our players getting sold - we are already heavily overstocked in midfield of we say they are also not good enough for Amorim's midfield then a good number have to go we haven't got places for them.

You could say play them behind the striker role but they don't suit that - you'd be sacrificing our attack to enable us to by a DM without upsetting the apple cart, where a much simpler solution would probably be to try and work the tactics around what we have got.

If he can get a solid defense with Coates in it I am sure he can get a good midfield system that suits his style with the midfielders we have

I can definitely see us getting rid of a lot of our midfielders especially after we brought most of them in last summer. I mean why would you be a little patience, see what you can do with what we have just invested in? Waste of time to be honest as we should sell and start again twelve months after investing millions in that part of the team.

I’m convinced who scores first will win it and go through

Agree

We might’ve missed the penalty at city. We might not have won the spurs game. We scored after the Arsenal basketball incident. Had those decisions gone our way we might be no better off. Had we taken just some of our many chances against Utd and palace, we’d be 5 points better off.

I wouldn't even say it was the 'big' decisions that PGMOL have fucked us over on. It's all the supposed free kicks (When we have 70 or 80% possession) and the continual breaking up of our attacks and rhythm continually through the season..

We apparantly are pretty much the dirtiest team in the league (going by fouls) but one of the cleanest (Going by cards)

I know. A part of me thinks that the weather this year is actually fairly normal, we just had a few very warm years recently. I definitively remember snow at Easter and wearing a winter coat until the 1st of May. I'm just so sick of it. :butt

I'm thinking that a ciuple of weeks ago, we often had two of the three things together, cold and wet, freezing and wind,  wimd and rain, so maybe only one of them is an improvement?

It's been fairly pleasant here the last day or so but it's still really cold due to the winds coming mainly from the north.  At least that's keeping the rain away to an extent.

As for this being normal, I'm not too sure.

I don't like really hot weather as I suffer terribly from prickly heat, sun and heat stroke so I'm rarely outside after 10.30am in the summer unless I'm in shade.

Because of this I've always aimed to have a decent base tan before going back to school after Easter so that I didn't completely frazzle in the summer.

That's never changed and I'm 64 now.

One thing for sure I would have hated to see him playing or United or Arsenal

"I'm willing to learn" then writes a load of snide shit about him, pretty funny.

The tone is skeptical, because the post is skeptical.

Fast forward to 9.30m into the vid

Bastien schweinsteiger was not allowed into the dressing room after training, as Utd were looking to force him out.  John Murtough was standing in the doorway preventing him from getting his things. I must assume they were hoping that Bastien would force his way past John (in  order to get his stuff) then they could fire Bastien for gross misconduct or something.  You can see why Jose eventually loses a dressing room after 2 yrs or so, if this is how he conducts himself
