He’s clearly piggy backed on tactics and systems from Rafa, and when it hasn’t worked it’s been pretty clear. Also don’t think it’s particularly wild to think Rafa would have done a lot better with Saint-Maximin and would have got a lot more out of Joelinton.

This season Joelinton has 2 goals and Saint Maxim has three. Shelvey is their top goalscorer with 5. They simply don't score enough, the players they have don't score goals at this level. Too many very good Championship players, not enough decent Premier League players.
