Potter has had one to forget. If you're going to protect your best players for more realistic challenges why would you bother bringing them on when the game is lost?

To fuck my Fantasy Football chances in a nutshell.

It was a pisstake as he said he would fuck off to Timbuktu if we won the league - he thought it would never happen.

Thought it was funny myself. Christ, some people are proper serious.  ;D

Take a look at the fixtures they are winning the next 3 as well for sure I think Leicester will blow it but I hope not.
Yeah looking bad for Leicester.  Wonder if part of it’s down to Bren being such a momentum manager, great at using a mood as rocket fuel but there’s no mood at these games anymore.

Brighton is hopeless. 3 players wide open in the box and he sends the ball straight at De Gea.

But they are safe from relegation so maybe the heart just isn't in the fight anymore.

No, jazz. You fear jazz. You fear the lack of rules, the lack of boundaries. Oh look, it's a fence. But, no, it's soft.

Has Graham Potter really been that much of an upgrade as manager?

Didn't play like they are worried about getting relegated.

Should have kept Chris Houghton.

Their 3rd goal. Neville pulled out all the former Manchester United superstars out of his hole and had a quick wank over Fernandes' goal.

I think so.

But I liked the job he did at Swansea. He has the right ideas and improves players, find it difficult to fault Brighton for trying to improve the style of play and bring in a different profile of player rather than be happy just to scrap it out every season.

Results say no but some games I’ve seen them this season they have a go a lot more and play a better brand.

The problem they have is they are a bottom 6 team so the aim is always to finish 17th.

The football under Houghton was awful in the end. You got the feeling he did what he could., and couldn't take them further. Fantastic achievement to take over when they finished 20th in the Championship and turn them into a Premier League side, mind you.

I agree, they'd gone as they could under Hughton.

Think they've done alright under Potter, it could still all go wrong and they'll end up relegated, but I think they'll manage to stay up. They did well bringing in players like Maupay, Trossard and Webster last summer, Lamptey looks promising. If they can add a couple more like that and keep Lewis Dunk, I think there is the foundation of a solid Premier League club there.

They are shite most the season and Ole is staying as he’s convinced another season out of them. It’s fucking glorious, I like them losing but I genuinely don’t care when they win, that’s how insignificant they’ve become and why watching them is fine and made the more hilarious at the MUTV fawning. I love it.

I've said it on the V fixtures thread but the FA cup quarters & semis should have been played midweek, with the league at the weekend, rather than the way they've done it, as they're bcd, we could have played City Sunday or yesterday, City the FA cup on Wednesday or Thursday.

Time for Leicester to show what they are made of. They’ve been looking horrible pre and post lock-down.

Love to see both win. I'd like Bournemouth to stay up anyway and if Norwich can start getting wins they can hopefully beat West Ham and Brighton and drag both into the bottom 3.
