Been watching NFL for about 5 years now. Feels like anytime a team gets a chance to beat them in 4th quarter they shit the bed and give away penalties galore.

55-40 is ridiculous.

Saints keep winning without Brees, wasn't expecting them to beat Dallas.

Defence is coming up trumps because Bridgewater, whilst not the worst backup QB, never looks like driving in a touchdown. Last week there were two defensive touchdowns and this week it was a field goal victory.

Kirk Cousins is a fraud. 4-31 against teams with a winning record.

Bears smothered him.

Meanwhilst Vontaze Burfict is facing a ban for the rest of the season for this late hit on Colts TE Jack Doyle, which got Burfict ejected from the game
https://twitter.com/NFL_Stats/status/1178370468853760000?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1178370468853760000&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.twobillsdrive.com%2Fcommunity%2Findex.php%3Fapp%3Dcore%26module%3Dsystem%26controller%3Dembed%26url%3Dhttps%3A%2F%2Ftwitter.com%2Fnfl_stats%2Fstatus%2F1178370468853760000%3Fs%3D21

What about the other dude that does the exact same thing, only later?

Also, its not a late hit as the TE wasn't down by contact, it's just because of leading with his head.

Was this same game or another game, haven't seen that one, think the problem with Burfict is that he's a serial offender with these type of incidents on the field

Its the same incident! Burfict goes in with his head, then his teammate - I think Joyner - comes in and does the exact same thing.

Like you said though, its because its Burfict.

I see, surprised Joyner didn't get penalised as well, but it's Burfict leads in first, funny thing is Burfict almost takes out his own player too.

As i've said a lot of it is to do with Burfict's previous history, something like his 13th or 14th time, & had to pay $4.2 million in total, in fines over the years, there's a reason why he went undrafted.

Oh I saw that without sound. Proper bellend. Someone who's delightedly blowing kisses when potentially having seriously damaged someones brain, and also harmed his teams chances, should be hated universally by not just the opposition.

Looked at the alternate point spread for my mate cos he predicted steelers would smash them for some sort of towel disrespecting curse I was unaware of.
-13 was about 4/1ish. Ah well. Was on the under 45.5 and Pit by -3. Should have put the house on it, just been burned so much weeks 1-3 was far too cautious.

First 3 weeks of the season, you are literally better off betting against your gut instincts.. I'll never learn   ;D

The NFL honestly has to start trialling football without helmets; perhaps the old fashioned leatherheads or the updated rugby caps. IMHO that`s the only way players will learn a new culture, and learn to bloody tackle properly.

As for Burfict, his career may be over, and it`s all his own fault. What he did was stupid and dangerous. It`s (another) pity for our team as he was playing well and perhaps our best defensive player, called the plays etc. He`s obviously got issues.

What i don`t get is the Raiders starting the season with 4 LBs on the roster (plus one who was the ST captain), and have now lost one to suspension and another to season-ending injury. That`s on the management.
The best way to scare a Tory is to read and get rich” - Idles.

Seems like  Redskins will fire Jay Gruden next week, they'd have fired him this week if they weren't playing the Patriots on Sunday, as they didn't want an interim HCs first game to be against them.
