You think they’d have kept quiet about it.

Especially as they had tickets in home end!!

How nice to just be allowed to leave at the end of an away game.  If only every match ended like that  ::)

i watched the chelsea game at my sisters. her 12 year old son is severly autistic and i forgot myself and jumped up screaming at the goal and he went nuts. screaming and shouting. scared the fuck out of me. apologised to my sister as i thought id upset him, turns out he was joining in.

Glad you had a good trip,I'm not over keen on Hasselt myself but that is more because I'm treated as a Limburger when I go there and Hasselt people are like those from Cheshire. ;)

Good trip. Hasselt was nice. Felt a bit like somewhere from the Cheshire Triangle.

Been to Belgium a few times but never noticed just how well off a lot of people appear to be? Any history/reasons as to why?

Me and me mate stumbled across a market by the station on the Thursday morning. Got a hot dog each and a few bevvies. One thing we noticed was not many people looked happy . We decided to get the next bus to Maastricht and it was like a different world.

Great trip, only negative thing was trying to get a taxi back after the shuttle dropped us off in Genk. Ended up paying a random lad 50 euro to take us back.

I think we got a random local to take us to our hotel on the outskirts of Genk. I say I think as was bevvied. Did anyone visit Bar De Kring about a mile from the ground ? Was a few Reds there and a boss hot dog stall outside.

Still feeling a bit rough from it all by the way as they do take it out of you. I do have a bevvie most nights at home but days of being on it all day just fucks me. My route I divised went like a dream.

Met me mate at Eindhoven station at 3.pm then trained to Weert. A quick pint then a cab to Bree . We had a 30 minute wait for our bus and there was no cafes so I legged it into the centre ville and bought some bottles from a bar. It nearly killed me. The bus stopped right by the ticket collection point. A quick pint . Taxi to our hotel. Another pint another taxi and was at Bar De Kring about 90 mintues before the game. The only error was not taking ale from Weert as like Ive said that ale run in Bree fucked me.

Just had to google her. No I didn't but she's looks like a fine athlete. I still would've beat her in the Bree 3k beer run though.
