How to insert a GIf

I must have read this a million times but never had to use it, and cant find anything using search apart from photos or vids

How do I insert a GIF from my hard drive that is about 5 meg? Or can I?

There is a size limit. You would need to upload it to an image sharing site and link to it.

Edit: it’s 200Kb.
