Yep. Tinted glasses and all that. Most probably though he would get a rise after they win the CL this season.
;D that's some strong delusion there.

Doubt even the most deluded of mancs would have thought Lingard would rise though :o

That was an unexpected rise! surprised Bailly survived as well. Just got to hope Morata survives as well now.

Harry Kane 95  :shocked :shocked :shocked

I'm biased against him but surely there's no way he should be rated higher than 92, maybe 93?

Look at the other players who are rated 95+. Messi, Ronaldo, Neymar, Lewandowski, Suarez, De Gea, De Bruyne, Griezmann, Hazard, Kroos, Aubameyang, Busquets, Aguero, Ramos & Modric.

With the exception of Auba who was also a bit lucky to get 95, all of them have been key players on teams that have won the biggest trophies. Kane doesn't even come close.

A player rated 95 should be one of the very best in the world. If Kane was actually at that level, playing alongside a top playmaker in Eriksen plus Son who's been as good as any forward in the league this season, then Spurs should have one of the very best attacks in the world. But they don't... so what gives?

Your point was that he was a 92 maybe 93 player. He's definitely worth 93, he deserves 94, 95? Probably not.

He probably the rise for winning the golden boot.

Haha.

Im pleased anyway, will be some time before we reach Bayern levels but at least some are heading in the right direction. Hopefully should get a few rises in the next few days for the City players.

There's no denying Kane is one of the best scorers in the game: 25, 29 and 30 goals in the last three seasons in what is probably the most competitive league in the world. Last two seasons he's also stepped up in the Champions League, and the World Cup. He's becoming more well rounded too during the last year or so as his link up play has considerably increased. I know he has an ordinary face and name and plays for Spurs, but I think there's no denying he's among the top strikers in the game and has been for a while. Not sure if it matters if Spurs wins things or not if he keeps on racking up the stats and playing at this level. He is pretty much the biggest reason why Spurs have been relevant at all these last few seasons. Think Salah will follow him to a 95 now.

He didn't score 30 league goals last season. He scored 29 and stole the other one off Eriksen.

He was pants at the World Cup and went missing when Spurs needed him vs. Juventus in the Champions League last season. It'll be the same this season, he's too limited as a player to decide games at the highest level.

And he most certainly doesn't have a normal face either ;D

He's developed into a very good striker, better than I originally thought he would. But there's no way he deserves a 95 rating on SM. 94 was already generous.

Bit of a stretch there. He's scored 11 goals in the last two champions league campaigns and 6 of them were against PSV and Apoel Nico. Saying that, forwards should be judged on their goal scoring records and his domestic record is pretty impressive. 94 for that is probably about right
Think Salah will follow him to a 95 now.
Nailed on for 95 now no that Harry has that 95. Gruesome stuff if not

I've complained quite a bit about this review but credit where it's due, really glad they've bumped Virgil to 93. Completely deserved and hopefully he'll rise even further in the future. Thought they might keep him at 92 for now as it's quite rare to see rises larger than +1 for higher rated (90+) players. Nice rises for some of our other players as well  :)

Got Virgil , Shaq , Trent , Gomez and Becker in teams in other leagues Ive just started out with. All of a sudden my teams look good.

Head shakeIndeed. Extra entertaining if Clyne keeps his 90

He dropped but the deal was always Mendy of Lyon.

Albrighton was the first that sprang to mind. Ive had Alena since he was a kid in many leagues and sold him and he may just make it I reckon as he's on the bench now. Ones I regret selling thinking they'd never make it are Kane , Andy Robbo and Salah. Got Salah in 2012 when I seen him run Chelsea ragged when he was at Basle . Salah was in this league too when I was Porto manager . I think the other two were with Lyon.

Did his value rise after you initially bid? That was an issue before. This would naturally mean you could bid higher. There was also an issue where you could bid higher if using the new SM interface and not the old one. Whether that is still a thing i don't know.
I beat City to English Mbappe a while ago and i was surpised i bid higher. I suspect we both bid as high as we could and i could just bid higher. for no reason whatsoever

It's the interface thing. The new interface lets you bid higher on certain new players that have only just been added to the database. They probably do it as a way of forcing you to start using the new interface. Takes the piss really, but I always use the phone app to make bids just in case.

Mostly for the attention of City and Bayern given recent negotiations. I'm not duty bound to sell you players.

I'd like to build a team capable of finishing in the top half (imagine!) which means unless a humungous offer comes in, I'll be keeping my best players just like you're keeping yours.

Not a fucking feeder club.

If he's a free agent, you can bid well over his max valuation. I only found this out after questioning some guy who outbid my max bid by at least 400%!!

Fair play to him for telling me though, I used that trick to nab Hoever the following week.  :D
