Isn't it more fun watching Tranmere knock Everton out of the cup when Aldo was in charge?  My dad was well pissed off over that. ;D

Who do we expect to feature for the reds in this game, anyway?  I imagine most of our regulars wont be on board, but I'd expect the likes of Brewster and the Ox to be in the running if considered fit enough?

Yep. Maybe half an hour of Prince Adam too? Harry Wilson?

Great stuff and if you look closely, you can just about make out John C..........before he heads of to work for his night shift.

I can’t believe 50-year-old footage is now in colour.  I was expecting to click and find them all wearing knickerbockers.

Brilliant stuff!  Cheers. Slightly off point,  but didn't Tranmere  use to always play their home games  on Friday night?

They did, yes, back in the 80s and 90s.

Those damn day-trippers with their cameras out at the game!  I guess some things never did change.
Raúl barely had a kick. The nearest he got to greatness was when he shook Gerrard by the hand.   Times - Mar 10,2009.

Hoping against hope they might bring along something shiny with big ears.
