Been up to the TO today for my two that I paid for on Monday told they will be available for collection Friday . The person whose name is on the season ticket ( lead person ) has to collect them in person , as ive had a major issue with this today which thankfully now appears to be sorted .
Yes, that's what I thought it meant. Bit of a pain, but then I thought 'fair enough' as this is the pay-off for being able to legitimately allocate the ticket to someone else.
But now, with no names being printed on the tickets anyway, I can't see the point other than it inconveniencing a few people.
It would be really useful if, at some point in the future, the TO actually had someone making these decisions who had thought everything through at the start rather than just knee-jerking randomly on something someone thought would be a good idea 5 mins ago, but later on then realises it was a complete waste of everyone's time.
