Wouldn't surprise me if they put that up to get people off the site to stop it from crashing and put them up at 3AM

There's no way anyone managed to get in and buy - the only way would have been via telephone but even then apparently they stopped taking calls when the tickets went online.

Yup. Only things different where billing and actual address but everything else was fine.

No - it adds another £2.50 on for ATOL but then your fee should be doubled

Anyone else got a ticket on someone elses Season ticket, we have used them all season (3) entered all our details in on the site when we bought them, paid on my mates card. Just read that the lead season ticket holder has to pick them up, he is in London!! 

It still says TBC on the collection aswell

No I had a confirmation email saying the tickets would be issued in 1-2 days, then they cancelled. I’ve got 3 other bookings with them I’m now sweating on... waiting for a response back from them

The lead booker. So aslong as you bought it on your account you can pick it up regardless of whose fancard/ST you used.

Yes, me and my lad both STs. His came up, I'm going. I read it that I need to take him with me, which for us isn't a problem as he works in town so we can nip up in his lunch hour. If he worked in London then I'd have a problem. Suggest you get on the phone asap.

The lad is coming down on Saturday, the only issue is if they arent ready for collection by then, I would think by Friday they should be ready

Ah so he is the lead booker then. Usually the Ticket office will ask you to get a letter of authorisation from the ticket holder permitting you to collect along with showing your I.D. That's been pretty standard in the past. Whether that'll be the case for this though i'm not sure.

Best thing you can do is ring up customer services, tell them the situation and see if that'll be okay. I suspect you won't be the only one with this issue.

If it doesn't work out over the weekend, phone up the TO, have a word, offer to get authorisation etc.

They aren't going to stop you getting the tickets, it's just someone hasn't thought it through. After all, they made it easy to transfer the ticket to someone else, so collecting by the person travelling should naturally follow.

if you dont the last resort would be to pick up over in kiev with your ID as the person using the ticket, should be ok if you have all the details and credit card info - ynwa !

Called them to check on editing details and as suspected, no alterations allowed, apparently at the behest of UEFA.

I'm hoping it won't be an issue over there, but it's a headache I could do without.

We took a 4x8 banner in to Basel without anybody checking it. Managed to get in and get it up without any issues at all.

Not sure how they'll be in the Ukraine, though.
