Very annoying when you get to the point that you KNOW the manager is finished but the owners won't make the call, and the season will be done by the time the right decision is made.
If he's being asked to head the ball too frequently - which isn't exactly his specialty - it could affect his ear and cause an infection. Especially if the ball hits him on the ear directly.

One goal and we would've been on the same points as Arsenal and in 6th.

moreno is excellent

coutinho.... shooting a bit too much, i miss his through passes, maybe should really try him in a deeper position and have firmino play in his position?

mignolet, sigh....

one error, one goal conceded, and we just can't score for some reason....

At this rate we'll celebrate top 10 finish in a few years time.

People will use this to bash the team some more but it was easily our best performance of the season and besides a keeping error and wasteful/selfish finishing we should have won it handily.

Spot on. Still doesn't make it an easier to take. United beating Southampton at home also makes it even worse.

How the mighty fall.

Yeah because the good liverpool sides never had a match at anfield where they dominated the opposition but didn't get all 3 points ... simply never happened.

All the positive thoughts on the performance..... This was Norwich at minimum we should have a performance!

Results don't lie and they haven't been good enough, no win in 5, searching for a formation, doesn't know his best 11... To be in this position in close to nearly 4 years in charge shows he hasn't planned or bought well and he's lost belief in his own philosophy.

No other Manager has been given the slack he has.

Lots lauding the "improved performance" but you'd hope for at LEAST that given that we were playing a newly promoted club at home. I mean if we hadn't improved it would have been inexcusable. Surely it says it all that our second best performance of the season resulted in a home draw against fucking Norwich?

The lone bright sparks were Moreno, Ings and Sakho, so credit to them. Aside from that, we're going nowhere under the current set-up and surely now everyone can see that? It's a clueless shambles out there.

Agree with that but I'd add Sturridge to your list. Despite looking very rusty and obviously not match-fit, he had some nice touches early on and you could see what his intentions were. But the rest..........

Let's delay the inevitable and ruin a season.

This is it. We can still salvage something at the moment. The form in this calendar year suggests today's result is now the norm rather than the exception.

Rodgers will get us bummed out of Europe again as soon as we face a half decent side. Hasn't got a clue in the big games, and now he's struggling in the smaller ones too

The fact that this result hasn't come as that much of a surprise says it all.

I like Rodgers, I had a lot of faith in him at one point but that seems like a long time ago now. Don't think he should be here anymore.

Positives Moreno and Sakho.

However we lacked the cutting edge in attack and couldn't control the midfield.

The clock is ticking for Brendan.

That reflects badly upon your knowledge of football not Rodgers.
Or u are ignorant to realize that we need more than 4 attacking players to beat promoted teams like Norwich

I am sure u can list all the great teams that are playing the 3-5-2 that play 5 defenders and a DM and having great success

Full stadium, acting Manager, and a a fan base losing it's grip. The Manager you appointed was never good enough for Liverpool and never will be, that is just a fact. I posted on here before saying so, as soon as he was appointed and started talking about knowing the fooking tea ladies first name ffs. And no, I am not from Liverpool, but grew up in a house in Teesside with half a front door, with pictures of LFC 76 on my walls, so I do have an opinion.

Not even mad, we tried to play the right way today.

If the win less streak goes beyond the next 3/4 matches I can't stand behind Rodgers any longer.

Can't blame Brendan for that one. Piss poor finishing. Well done to the c*nts moaning at Mignolet from minute one, that really helped. And the early leavers and booers. Congratulations.

We had chances to win 2 games... Very poor that we have only scored one. Ruddy was just solid today, nothing special to be honest, our finishing just was not clinical.

Our last 10 competitive game record, that's not acceptable. Surely Mr.Rodgers time is well and truly up

Hodgson was sacked for a near identical run of form, after 6 months in charge. Rodgers has been here 3 years and yet is seemingly indestructible. We've got the talent in the team, just a pretender at the helm. Enough is enough. I hate to think what will happen when Carlisle knock us out on Wednesday night.

Much better performance. The balance of the team was much better. (Still trying to figure out whats happened to the Clyne at Southampton - he used to be bombing down that touch line. Today - not so much). Lots of positives though. I think we have a decent strike force at last, (yeah, yeah ... I know. But theyre good players). Sahko and Moreno showing why they should have been in from the start of the season. Also, whats up with playing 3 CBs and a defensive midfielder at home against Norwich, who play one up front? It looked easy and comfortable because it couldnt have been any other way, but we lacked that extra man further forward.

Exactly, fucking shite.

And blame Mignolet for the goal, what about the boss save he made from Jarvis too? Not fucking good enough, and anybody accepting this shite is part of the reason we're wallowing in mediocrity. Ready to attempt to justify any crap.

The crowds turned on Rodgers, there's nowhere for him to go, get it changed

I'm all for faith in the manager turning things round, but I'm also fond of logic and unfortunately don't suffer from delusional optimism like some on here.

Liverpool is the 10th richest club in the world. Right now we need a manager who has competed at the level that such a club should expect to challenge at, in the semi-finals and finals of Champions Leagues and battling at the top of the league. We have done the latter just once under Rodgers, and that, as we now know, was because of Luis Suarez. Rodgers is not the man for the job.

Not even Stevie. They said we wouldn't miss Hendo in another thread. Dont know what they were thinking comparing Henderson to Milner. Milner can't even control a football or pass further than 5 yards.
