Scamming little prick. Tried to badger me to send money for 2 Arsenal spares at face value. I was on to him straight away and he is clearly a scammer. No money sent. I have screenshots of conversations he had with someone else about 2 Chelsea 'spares'. Kop block 105 row 4 seats 61 and 62. Yea because seats 61 and 62 are in the kop blocks ending in 5 aren't they 

Before we start on touts it is horrible little pricks like this who need stringing up by the bollocks first. Trying to take money off people for non existent tickets. I've had previous with him too .. offered me 2 Spurs at face value but seemed to take ages to send seat confirmation .. then said he's also got 4 Arsenal spares, searched his name on Twitter & loads were commenting saying he's a scammer, do not buy etc etc

No idea. I don't know how stupid people are. If he wanted a bank transfer to his account, wouldn't he need to supply the name on the account which presumably would be his real name ?

I think you need ID to set up a bank account. In which case, the bank account would be traceable to whatever his "real" name is.

Yes, you need to be suitably identified to open an account. However that's not what was mentioned.

When you send a Faster Payment (as they are known as these days) from one account to another, its the sort code and account number that determines where it goes to. The name that's input doesn't matter, and therefore an incorrect name wouldn't stop it arriving successfully.
