Right so dickhead here booked 2 non refundable train tickets for Chelsea on the wrong bastard. So basicly i have just spent 60 notes on a useless ticket.

If anyone is going down to London on Sat 4th Feb let me know and you can have my ticket for a small fee, anything is better than nothing. PM me if your interested.

I am willing to sell these for anything really.

Does anyone know anywhere else i can sell them. Tried to put them on ebay but they got removed

Got a spare train ticket from Euston to Liverpool return on Saturday (Spurs match) Only downside is it doesn't get to Lime Street til 14.21, but whoever takes it can jump in a fast black with the three of us, train back is at 20.04. £25 for the train ticket.

If anyone from the Wigan/Warrington area is going to the United game and can give me a lift, could you be so kind as to drop me an IM?  I want to go but don't want to travel alone (and I already have my own ticket).

Lift no longer needed, thanks.

Contacts here:

Probably the closest train station is Kirkdale, but Lime Street then bus is more straight forward.

I'm a f*cking moron as well ;) ...  Have done the same but for what was going to be a 'weekend away'.

Because the tickets are Virgin Advance or whatever they call them, they are totally non-refundable.  I was gonna try to list them on Ebay too...

I am willing to take any offer for them...  If you only want the outbound/return part that is fine - they were booked as two singles.

Liverpool Lime Street (10:15am) to London Euston (12:47pm) on Friday 17th February...  Returning from London Euston (9:17am) to Liverpool Lime Street (11:47am) on Monday 20th February.

Another thing that makes them EVEN LESS alluring to the buyer is that they were booked with a Young Persons Railcard.  I've never actually been asked to show it when using these kinds of tickets before.  Any railcard entitles you to the same discount though.  So if you want them and don't have a railcard, you may be taking a risk...

PM me on here or just post a reply if you want them!

Liverpool v Birmingham 1st Feb 2006 @ 8PM

With it being an eight kick off makes it pretty hard to get to my half ten train, so if there is anyone driving from south manc who can sort us with a lift it would be greatly appreciated. Will obviously sort out some fuel/parking money and a pre match bevvy.

Please PM

Cheers Ric.

Its easy to make that train, or should I say we have made it for years, including a bargain booze run!!!  Touch wood we make it now on wednesday.  You can walk it in 20 minutes.

Liverpool -v- Arsenal, 14th February

Anyone flying into Manchester airport from Dublin on the Aer Lingus flight (1710 out of Dublin, 1805 into Manchester) for the match who wants to share a taxi down to Liverpool (yes, it's do-able!), drop me a PM.  Cost of the taxi ride is £35stg, so split it however many ways we can!

Kensington in London?

Try www.thetrainline.com for routes and prices. There was a direct service from Stansted Airport to Liverpool Lime Street at one time, have a look at www.centraltrains.co.uk for the direct train.

As just like Al below, I've come kinda unstuck on this one I'm afraid to say..

Live on Penny Lane in t'Pool meself, and do have a car, but when its an 'S' reg Mondeo that you have just taken over the 286000 mile mark during work yesterday you do take a long, hard look and wonder if it could really pull off a 400-450 mile round stint!?!

So yup! I'm scuppered.. :-\

If anyone is travelling down there, willing and able to give me a lift, either for the journey down there and/or the trip back up the country I'd be most grateful, and as always willing to chip in on the fuel costs ecetera etc..

If you are able to help you can find me on: *********** direct; PM here; or e-mail via my hotmail addy..

Please get in touch asap if you can! Thanks.. M :wave

Decided on things with the missus an we're gonna take matters into out own hands..! Yup she's coming with me.. (apology for the bad word usage/puns unintended) M

As there is not much public transport back down South after the Brum FA Cup game, is anyone on here travelling back to Reading (or through Reading) and able to give me a lift back?  I can get there OK on the train, but wouldn't get back until 0300 on Wednesday morning if I got train or National Express back.

Any help would be appreciated.
