Im down in Guildford on a temporary basis.  Just looked at trains to Liverpool for both Chelsea games and its a right rip off........

Therefore, if there are no cars already going in which I can grab a lift im more than willing to rent a car or a mini bus in which all London / Southerners can jump in on.  Well split the cost of hire and petrol.

Let me know ASAP.

Hi Peeps.
I have been trying with out sucess to get tickets online. I have been a fan card holedr for a cpl of years now and only managed to get to a few games. The last one being the sofia game.

Ok here is the deal i live in dorset and drive to Anfield pay £5 to park the car in the school car park have a few soft drinks in the Albert  watch the match then drive back to dorset it is a 575 mile round trip.

I drive a pug 306 which has 3 spare seats in it  i would be happy to give a lift to any one to the game if you have a spare ticket for the game i am even happy to pay face value for the ticket.

Guys all i want to do is watch the redmen live so if you need transport give me a shout and we can help each other out.

Thanks in advance

£88 for the two of you? There's a route for £34.50 for one adult via Birmingham. You should get yourself a family railcard.

Hi ya all,
I'm flying in and out of Manc for the Anderlecht C/L game. Unfortunately my friend, who lives there is unable to go to the game. I was hoping that I might find someone that is driving or traveling by public transport to the game, so there's no chance of me getting lost on the way there or back.
Thanks for your help.

There is a direct train from Manc Airport to Lime Street, try www.thetrainline.com

Hello,

any ideas on how to get to sunderland from liverpool, i'll prob go with barnes travel, however, coach rides can prove to be a long and exhausting journey, espec when they go at 55mph for about 5 hours

I am going with my mate also, do you know any other cheap and better ways to get to sunderland?

any ideas would be much appreciated

I will be driving at medium speed from J36 (M6) for the Sunderland game.  What time do you reckon I should set off?

I will be travelling alone so if somebody would pick me up then I would be very grateful.  Prepared to pay a good share of the fuel costs.

Alternatively, if anyone wants to meet me at J36 then I'll be happy to drive them for a fiver or so each.

I not entirely sure whether that is directed at me or not, possibly because I can't dicipher it fully, but who rattled your cage anyhow?

I have no idea where you get London, Arsenal and Kop from?

p.s. think you would do well to read "Eats Shoots and Leaves" too.......you can read can't you??

Hi,

Flying from Dublin to Birmingham on the 26th for the Newcastle game. Just presumed there would be some public transport running without even checking it first  :butt
So I was hoping for a lift from the Birmingham area that day for 2 of us. Any help would be generously received, and obviously petrol money and bevs would be supplied!
