As that is October its not decided yet.

It could be anyday Tue-Thur you know what tv is like now which is poor for fans if you need to organise anything.

Amazon used to be great when they first got games; the games were guaranteed to be on either Tues or Wed (with 5 games on each day). Last season they spread them out though.

Anyone any further thoughts on City game being on the Sunday at 4.30? From memory , this game is always at that time. It surely will!

Always makes me wonder why they can't confirm these at the same time as August/September considering a ball still hasn't been kicked in anger

Oh FFS.  So we can't plan for the Arsenal or Leeds games until at least 25 August when the CL draw takes place?  Joke!

i cant see how it makes a difference, as they know we are in the competition, surely we will just be the Wednesdays of that week?

UEFA take no notice of domestic matches when scheduling Champions League so those Premier League matches will be moved if UEFA have us playing on the Tuesday of those weeks.

I think the arsenal one is pretty much nailed on as Arsenal have Europa league games on the Thursday either side of the game. So we will probably have matchday 3 Tuesday Matchday 4 Wednesday

UEFA don't take domestic games into account when they set their schedule. If they schedule our CL game on the Tuesday then the Arsenal fixture will likely be postponed.

Surely not? Are there any free periods that it could be played if either progress in the League Cup?

Arsenal won't want it Saturday 7.45pm, and we won't want it Sunday. Can't see another option.
I mean, the sensible thing here would've been for the PL to 'fix' the fixture computer not to schedule any CL teams vs EL teams on weeks where CL follows EL but hey ho.

One month since the fixture was scheduled for Sunday. You would think they would have confirmed a back up kick off time yet still have it down for 2pm Sunday  :butt

Sky aren't arsed with anyone's convenience but their own. The obvious move is the bluenoses play Fulham on the Sunday and we move to 5.30 Sat.

There was nothing on the broadcast announcement suggesting their game will move, so it won't. We'll probably be 7.45 on Saturday

Surely going to be 19:45 if it has to stay on tv, as they have not swapped any with tv games at 1230 & 1730.
They have done the same the week before, with Chelsea v United. and already tv games at 1230 and 1730.
