The actual base fee will have to be pretty high though. If I was to guess, I imagine Wolves will have wanted 30 odd million upfront. Can't imagine they'll have settled for much less than that from the off. There was rumours a few weeks ago that Everton were looking at him for around 25 million, so it's funny how the prices seem to rise as the window goes on.
