Ticket distribution not working for anyone else? Tried to distribute last night and got an error email saying the pdf wouldn't load my brother's phone, recalled it but now just giving me an error message when I select the ticket on the website

Do you think we’ll still be able to distribute tickets freely to anyone next season? My dad might not be able to make a lot of the games next season. If not, I don’t think he’ll bother as he’s getting too old for standing on the kop  ;D

Season ticket? If your dad contacts the club I’m sure they’ll let him move seat.

No. Just a member. We tend to stay together but we’ve managed to get a spec on the kop for the last couple of years. Could always move, I guess. I’ll wait until next season when they make the announcement.

Yes. Distribute to members only and then to try and avoid empty seats have a minimum number of games you must attend

Did anyone get tickets today for ajax; if so, what was availability like?

Have a friend on 1 credit sweating it - I don't hold out much hope for him.

Not sure why they didn’t do it this season to be honest. It’d affect both STHs and members so would be more interesting

Seen the seat map and looked good, but don't know how many exactly are left. I doubt there would be many people in front of him on 2 or 3. Some on 3 even got ACS, so I could see this will go down to all members (that's what I'm hoping anyway :)).

What is to stop someone just screenshoting the code and forwarding it on?

some talk of QR codes being phased out so it's only NFC only

i'm sceptical as NFC still doesn't work as expected for me, sometimes takes a few more waves than just scanning the code.

Yeah the issue of QR codes need to be sorted too.

Saying that, you technically shouldn’t be able to pass these tickets on to anyone IMO. The Ajax game is about to be sold out on 1/2 previous homes. We shouldn’t be able to distribute tickets to anyone with a pre-requisite…that’s just messed up. If you can’t go, you send back to the club for the cup comps. No passing of credits defo, common sense. Very Tory for people to be getting the upper hand

My brother's on 3 from 19/20 so he was able to buy this morning. Just had a look at the stadium map on his account and there's plenty of availability in the Lower Kenny, Upper Main and L1 & L10 - about 700 seats left as a rough guess. I can't imagine there's many on just 2 / 1 credits from 19/20 so your mate should be fine.

Hoping to get my mate on who did them all last season but is obviously back off again- plus another mate who has done a spare of ours for like 5-6 years for every game - we have ten so he's always got one basically. Will be touch and go I imagine but ideally they'd deserve it as they've been attending. My mate Raj would actually benefit most immediately if transferring gave the credit coz he's doing them all anyway but on one of our cards. If they do it some of ours who pick and choose will have to decide if they want to actually attend them all or not, but at least the ones who are will then be on the ladder.

I reckon there will be...I know there was more going last season for AC Milan due to COVID but despite having no 19/20 credits I managed to bag 2 on the half way line the day before and then managed to get to every home game as well as being successful in the ballot for the final with my lad. It can happen!

Almost certainly will but depends how popular it will be. At minimum UEFA won't take all of their allocation IMO.

I'm sure they leave some left over regardless. You'd imagine that Ajax will take their full allocation so not sure there will be any extra there but there are always some ring fenced for sponsors and UEFA and I can't imagine they'll sell out so they'll go on sale.

But I'm sure despite all of that there are always an amount sold game by game. Guess we'll find out more past 3pm on Monday.

The proper touts just use burner phones now anyway, there all there with there parked cars after the game collecting and putting them in boxes in their boots in clear view.

Am I right in thinking the availability is looking good for this? Got 1 CL credit from 19/20 so qualify for the sale later this afternoon. Won't have access to a laptop / PC though so will have to do it through my phone. Can't imagine there are many others just on the 1 credit though to be fair

Decent amount for Ajax left, having just been in to sort a mate on one credit out.

Plenty in upper main at each end, then maybe a couple of hundred scattered in lower Kenny/lower main.

None in Kop or lower Annie, single in upper.

Local general is just the corner of U1 and U9. Same 500 seats sold for every home game in this sale. You can't buy any of the seats available in the main sale during local sales.

Euro homes being done the same as league games - must be on friends & family...

Credit stays with the purchaser

"For season 2022-23 the match credit for tickets forwarded to Friends and Family members for home cup matches will remain with the owner/purchaser of the ticket. The match credit will not be transferred to the friend/family member attending the match."
