Are the physical season ticket cards being renewed this year? Or are they the same ones as last year?

Most are the same card but some who are being moved - eg where the benches are being made bigger in Man Stand - will need new cards.

Just had email from club:

Dear XXXXXXX
Customer Number: XXXXXXXXX

As a Club we recognise the great lengths and expenditure that supporters undertake to support the team during the course of the season.

We have received a lot of feedback from supporters around the deadline for Season Ticket renewals; we have listened to that feedback and whilst we cannot move the overall deadline we have been actively looking for another solution. We are pleased to announce, thanks to our finance partner, Zebra Finance, that we can offer an interest free payment plan, with payments spread equally over four months.  Liverpool FC will not only pick up the administration fees for this payment plan but we are also fully underwriting the facility with Zebra.

This offer is only available to those supporters who, like you, have purchased a ticket to Kiev through the club’s sales, and have yet to renew their Season Ticket.

Should you wish to take this offer up, we have allocated a dedicated day on Wednesday 23rd May for you to complete your renewal online as normal by clicking here.  Should you not want to take the offer up you must renew your Season Ticket by the 22nd May.

Zebra Finance Limited Credit Facility

Zebra Finance Limited are able to offer an interest free instalment plan, with payments spread equally over 4 months:

Representative Example: Amount of Credit £685.00. Total Amount Repayable £685.00. Repayable by 4 monthly instalments of £171.25. Interest rate 0% pa (fixed). Representative 0% APR (fixed). Example based upon an Adult, Tier 11 KOP Season Ticket costing £685.00, no administration or arrangement fees.

Credit Subject to Status and credit check, Other Terms and Conditions apply.

Thank you for your continued support.

Have tried 8 times now and each time it says the validation checks have failed, or there was missing info.

My saved card is due to expire in June but luckily my new one came on Friday so I can use that for the ST and the ACS - but it is the same number, just different start and end dates.

Not sure what else to try and wondered if anyone else had had problems. It's usually ok but.... (Just glad it's not Tues!)

Thanks :wave

I have to clear my basket every time as it says someone else has these seats reserved! That is each time it doesn't like my card.

I have tried saving the card first, and it says it has, but it doesn't like me using it to pay for my ST

Help!! :D Ta

Cheers for that!! I went upstairs and tried on my PC (didn't think at first!) - it gave me an extra section about recording the card for my ACS which I hadn't had before - that was the missing info then! ::)

I think I was right to save the card first as I'll be using it next season. Anyway, it is all ok now and the email has arrived! Phew!  :D

Season ticket renewal with Zebra
« Reply #54 on: April 26, 2019, 04:28:28 pm »
Found out after my s/t renewal came through that Zebra Finance have pulled out completely of the season ticket finance game (do loads of clubs mainly in the EFL). I know there's still a month before renewals finish, but don't have any updates from the club of an alternative finance deal.

My finances are tight, so will be difficult to pay a lump sum for my season ticket, so the Zebra deal has been a godsend. And no can't just put it on a purchase only 0% credit card.  Anyone know anything on the grapevine on if a new finance deal has been sorted out?

My credit rating has nosedived as I'm currently out of work, so can't get any new credit at the moment.

I'm guessing you may have seen this, but might be helpful.

AMEX seem to have relaxed their credit card requirements generally too (even for the basic cards, I have seen unemployed 20 year olds somehow qualify).

Even if it's not 0%, assuming you're relatively good with managing finances (I am not!) you could perhaps use it as a stopgap for a couple of months until you've hopefully found a new opportunity.

Hopefully some sort of finance deal comes in play. Maybe worth reaching out to the club and seeing if they're aware of anything? It won't just be you that relies on Zebra I'd imagine!

New finance provider announced, either 4 or 10 monthly instalments.  Looks like the same as Zebra, but depends on any admin fee.  Will help me out massively to be able to spread the payments.

https://www.liverpoolfc.com/tickets/seasonticketrenewals/season-ticket-finance

Will check the company out just to out my mind at rest, but hope the club have done sufficient research in choosing them!!

Emailed club asking when this will actually be available and all I got was a reply saying the club made an announcement as above. With deadline 10 days away bit of a joke really

Update on season ticket finance, 5.25% admin fee for 10 month deal or 3.5% for the 4 month deal. Assume that the deadline of next Friday is still valid? Will renew next week.

I've used them. Signed up on Thursday afternoon and had nothing from them, it was just showing as purchased in my purchase history.

Received all my documents via email on Friday afternoon to sign electronically. I did ring them on the Friday morning though to make sure it had gone through properly and wasn't stuck in the system and they said it'd take up to two days for them to send all the documents.

Signed everything electronically and then I've had a final email today saying that they'd received all documents and the agreement was in place.

Trying to renew seasies online today and repeatedly get message 'Online season ticket sales have been suspended.  Please try again later.'  Assume this isn't just me.

Seems strange as I got a text reminder message from them last night encouraging me to renew online.  As it's the day before the payment deadline, I anticipate a few of us will want to be paying now or tomorrow.    Anyone know what this renewal suspension is about?  Do we all just ring em up instead?

Only if you have purchased a ticket for Madrid through the club.

Think mine is all sorted, my agreement is showing & the 10 month payment plan, so 2 payments will come out in June, then 8 more to come out up to February 2020.

Anyone else moved there seat and still waiting for their new ticket. I have moved and when I renewed in May, they told me they would post it out. I phoned the TO today and was told it was not ready yet. It sounded likely that I would have to pick up in person at the TO on the evening of the Norwich match!?

A friend of mine in the same position. He phoned them a week or two ago, and they just said they would phone him when it's ready. No phone call as yet.

Any news on renewals for 20/21 yet?

I can't remember when the renewals came out last year. Hopefully they are going to delay them this year and allow people longer to pay for them.
