Attendance seemed to be 53k yesterday. Some people saying we count gate clicks, not seats sold, so possibly 1k not turning up. Not sure.

My question though, is there was an initiate to get people in under a late entry scheme to fill up empty seats. Has that started this season? If so how did it go?

Most of the empty seats seemed to be in the corporate places, I guess they don't want us plebs getting into the corporate part for cheap/free

Apparently a number of Main stand seats aren't being sold because the current Anny Road blocks view of the pitch. Does this mean that the new stand was built with the intention of then rebuilding the Anny Road? Is another new stand guaranteed, is basically what I'm asking

They have planned a two step build.
Main stand first and after the anny road.

But I don't think anything is guaranteed.

So what did people who bought them last week think of the views?

I thought it was fine, seat 21 row 74 so the Anfield Road roof was just blocking the corner flag and the goal line to about the 18 yard box.

View from the Kop end U9.

I was in U9, bit further to the left, good view of the pitch and good atmosphere.

Did think that I couldn't see the scoreboard, which was a bit annoying, mainly not being able to see the time

Oh and the never ending escalators!!!

If I buy a £9 ticket tomorrow (as a member) will this be saved in my 'games attended' for next season? Or is it simply a one off paper ticket?

Hello. Some years ago, a friend went to Liverpool and bought tickets the same day of the match in the stadium. He was there very early in the morning and they told him that in home games against not big teams there is a few tickets for sale the last morning
I would like to know if it possible to get tickets this way this season in the games against teams like Watford, WBA o Crystal Palace
Thank you

i've seen/heard people get the odd ticket late on the last few years (got one for a mate myself just by tying my luck and asking), even on match day, from time to time....but the odds aren't great!

When I was collecting my tickets for the Arsenal League game last year there was a lad at the next window asking the same thing. The woman told him she would find him one

I think it was a mix of it being not long after Christmas/midweek and a rapidly dropping credits beforehand to buy

All paper in this one according to the official Q+A site

Think it's best if the "local sales" are all paper tickets. That way the ticket has to be delivered to your address, and you can't just put a blag postcode in.

That's true.
Do we know how many local tickets there are per game? If it's only 100 or so,  they could have some people with ipads checking IDs and letting you through a side gate,. Just an idea

Question: if you change your address from one Liverpool address to another do you need to re-register for the local sales?
