I honestly don't remember if he was good or bad this game. I don't care. He gets it and will never leave. We have the two best full backs in the world locked down for their entire careers.

He was ok in the game - but was part of back line that was imperious and won us the game.

Brilliant recovery to stop Son in the first half.

He was good tonight defensively, something he gets the odd bit of criticism for, going forward not up to his usually high standards

Who gives a fuck though, he's been boss all season and will only improve over the next few years, future captain and will lift big ears sometime in the future

Spurs targeted him all 1st half with those direct balls and he handled it superbly.

Poch in preparation probably watched that United game we lost at OT as he couldn't find any dent in our armour so went for the Trent one, he's a year older and better and Spurs didn't used that tactic in the 2nd half.

Best RB in the world.

He went over straight after talking to Des Kelly but BT cut to a fucking pointless overhead shot of the stadium

It was brilliant. He was doing mad fist pumps and stuff.

The thing is, if he decided to pack it all in and retired tomorrow, he'd have achieved more in his professional career than most players could only dream about and he's 20 fucking years old. What a talent.

I'm friends with his aunt, she is part of my theatre group, and he is such a nice guy. Happiest for him.

I'm going to go a step further and say he'll surpass them both.

He's playing in an incredible team right now with a manager who is perfect for his development, not just in terms of skill but also for mentality. He himself seems like a very down-to-earth and humble boy, and hanging around with the likes of Salah, Virgil, Jurgen will only do him wonders.

A Champion's League winner at 20 and he barely missed winning the league by a point. Could have surpassed Stevie and Carra in one season.

Out of all the players from this year, think its safe to say Trent and probably Robbo's stock has risen the most. Seems Robbo was doing articles for every other paper and Trent doing plenty of interviews and documentaries. What an experience for the lad at such a young age.

Don't watch international games normally but feck all else on. My observation is that Trent is the next superstar in the making. Long way to go but the lad seems to be a foot taller after Madrid.
