You aren't taking this very well, are you KK? 😉

Interestingly I was talking to a friend of mine yesterday who lives in Cork and has a fair bit of interaction with Kerry folk in his line of work (hospitality). He was saying that he was surprised that many of your brethren were hoping for a Dublin win. The reason was that the Mayo fans had been fairly insufferable after your semi-final. Did you come across any of this or was my mate the victim iof some cute Kerry hoorism? 😄

I think that talk is premature yet.

Yes,they've won 3 in a row but they won the last 2 by a point. If they were winning them by big margins fair enough.

Last 3 by a point actually, its a silly arguement too.

Kevin Moran (Waterford)
Jamie Barron (Waterford)

Young Hurler of the Year Nominees

Calling Canning and Gleeson.

Coleman will be an odds-on favourite for YPOTY. Gleeson didn't turn up for the biggest game of the year.

Canning will win the senior award because he's due one and the Waterford lads may split the vote.  Jamie Barron was better this year.

Good to see Sean Powter get a nomination for YPOTY. He was excellent against Mayo and even in the Munster Final. Marked Donnacha Walsh literally out of the game which not many players have ever managed

Jamie Barron and Kevin Moran have had way better years than him. Jamie Barron is my pick, brilliant hurler, but I can see why Moran would get it, longevity and actually played really well this year.

Canning wasn't even the best Galway man. GAA desperate for a new poster boy. Probably one of Canning's worst years.
