lol far from a dodgy London based scouser.  Totally genuine offer of accommodation guys.

I've been meaning to register for yonks only just got round to it as the forum came up in my search for match tickets.

Cant wait for tonights game, hope the boys get off to a winning start, was a frustrating weekend for us losing at home to Villa so this will be a great way to bounce back ahead of the trip to Upton Park this weekend.

How can I offer verification to you guys that I'm a genuine fan  and not dodgy? maybe you can check my facebook page that should confirm my existence add me as a friend if you like! I got match day pics on there too!

Flights and hotel booked. 2 away credits.
Hoping that 2 will be enough.
Had my fingers crossed for Madrid before the draw   ;D

has anybody used http://www.livefootballtickets.com/ or http://www.ticketbis.net/

both have tickets - way over the face value but a few reasonable prices for cat 2 longside - just want to know how genuine they are before entering my bank details there! Any advice would be welcome!

how the fuck can they have tickets in the away end when they haven't even gone on sale?

They don't. It will be some opportune person with the credits who wants to cash in early. You'll notice on some home tickets it says "able to post out", whilst most they're not ready to post out.

I'd beware and make sure you check all the T&C's. Also note that PayPal doesn't actually guarantee ticket purchases if that's a payment option.

/

Out of interest, how many will be pursuing home stand tickets? I reckon £100ish will get you into the stadium. Sad to pay touts, but I reckon many will end up paying it.

Few mates are going in the home end. Had 2 mates who paid to go VIP in Madrid 325 euro. Free food / beer and pitch side view but still very expensive

Yea 325 euro.

Its their first  Euro away most probably their only one this season as-well and he works on the Rigs so he's justified in his head paying it like.

I was going to get the £325 tickets direct from Madrid, apparently they still have some available but you need to call the ticket office direct.

I'm dubious about these sites but am willing to take the risk, if I dont get the tickets in time I can claim the money back via my card company, will let you guys know how it turns out as I'm hoping to book by next wednesday when my mate has his money sorted.

Thus is going to be my 1st euro away game so I'm quite excited, again if any of you are going for just one night from tues/weds and still need accommodation the drop me a private message for info on the room im selling.

Cheers

Wasn't 1/3 of the stadium shut last night due to their racism thing as well?

Although i'm guessing Liverpool + UEFA + sponsors will take more tickets for the game than vs Basel

We’ll still finish in top four - and they won’t. You can quote me on this in May.

Anyone with Basel away , then 2 from the Europa , then 1?

Anyone with 2 from 12/13 will probably have basel so i don't think that'll be necessary.
I'd imagine it'll be anyone with 1 out of 5 guaranteed, then All STHs to scrap for the remains.

The only way it won't go to all STHs is if they go back to previous campaigns before 12/13 following the 1st sale, while not impossible I just can't see it being worth the clubs time. So providing that doesn't happen it will 100% go to all STHs

Just seen on another thread on here that someone's paid 80 Euros for a Tier 4 ticket in the home end, so ours could be equivalent to that.

I think thats from a site that puts on a considerable mark up on the ticket face value.

Ah OK then, still, that's around £62 so not *too* bad I guess. I was expecting around £50-60.
