Hi all
I am a little troubled with a Community Shield ticket on the 4th of August. I bought my ticket a week ago with my members card for block 108 row 6 seat 151 at Wembley (for 35 £). My son then was able to buy a ticket on his members card yesterday in block 507 row 19 seat 213 (for 25 £). Since it’s only his second match I would love to exchange my ticket in block 108 to 507. I don’t want any compensation just exchange with someone, so I can stay with him. Does  anybody want to exchange tickets?

Superbreak and Charity Shield.

Was all sorted with tickets and travel for this one.  Beginning to look forward to it now it's almost upon us after initial hesitancy about his whole glorified friendly thing. But....got email from abta this afternoon saying superbreak gone bust. 3 of us have booked with them.  We have east coast train tickets in hand for Sunday coming back Monday and hotel in London on Sunday night.  Neither hotel nor train people can confirm if trip still valid. Train is main worry. If tickets not valid face treble if rebooking required.   Anyone work for LNER or anyone who knows about these things reckon train tickets will be accepted?  Cheers.

If you have the train tickets then the train tickets will be fine, dunno about the hotel though. If they just look like normal tickets there’s no reason they won’t be.

That was my first thoughts. But train tickets have got Mr C Superbreak against the name on them!  LNER were completely non committal when I phoned them.  Tempted to just see what happens at barrier in station but got a fair hike even to get to station.  I could weep

Not on different levels, different entrance gates take you straight to correct level

Nice one.  So we've got a fan zone at arena square, plus the East pubs:

The Torch
Watkins Folly
Blue Check Cafe
The Parish
First Class Sports Bar
The Wembley Tavern
Copper Jug
Flyers Last Stand
Crock of Gold

Me and 2 mates are all lifelong supporters and recently moved to London.  We're going to our first game and were just wondering about reasonable timelines. I see the pubs are pretty close together so we'll just pitch up and see what we find.

I see gates open at 1pm, with Kickoff 3pm. Is it worth getting into the stadium when the gates open to watch the warm up and whatever else happens pregame or is it pretty boring compared to the pregame atmosphere in a full pub - especially since we arent sitting in the same blocks?

What's a reasonable guess at how long it takes to get from the pubs area to your seat - given the crowds? Google says about 15 minute walk from the pubs to the stadium but that obviously wont factor in crowds or getting to your seat.

If I was you I would aim to get into ground for about 2:30 , not much will be happening pitchside prior to that

Is there any chance of me getting a ticket anywhere for today? I live right near Wembley

Saw a few selling outside Wembley Park this morning you shouldn’t struggle
