Ex: Player A born in Brazil, but played for Italian national team and only for Italian clubs, would be eligible for selection
Ex2: Player born in England, played for English national team, but played for Cardiff and/or Swansea whilst playing for other English clubs, would be eligible for selection
2. Snake Rule, 1st round no time limit.
3. On Match day, there will be no time limitation for picks [leeway for everyone and extra time to research]
