Picked up my tickets for me and my lad today, he is 8, he went to the memorial service last year for the first time, I feel its very important for the next generation to know and understand all about Hillsborough.

This is proberbly a silly question but if you book by phone do they send the tickets out? Coming up for the day from the south coast so can't collect before hand
