I actually got Witcher 3 in mid-2016 so I suspect I saw the game in its best light, apparently that was a bit rough on release too.
I have been keeping my eye on Cyberpunk but I'm not particularly fussed if I don't play it for another year. I'm not surprised its buggy given the size and scope of the thing and the amount of development time they would have lost this year. Unfortunately they took so much flak when it was delayed but sounds like they should have stuck to their guns and delayed it some more, most normal people would be disappointed but understanding.
Also we don't know the state of the console versions yet, especially the PS4 and Xbox One versions are like, they must be in a pretty poor shape if they've only been sending out PC codes.
